Extremely unprofessional. They don’t entertain you until you have $30K budget for sure. Basically, the business doesn’t operate in case to case basis. My fiancé and I drove all the way to NORCROSS and Ragini was pretty straight forward in stating this. She basically called us all the way to her office just to tell us that she can’t entertain us bcoz our budget was 25K since we are having a small wedding. She showed zero interest when we were in her office. She could have literally said no to us on the phone but didn’t. She might be good with what she does but shows cold shoulder if you are below 30k budget.

Where to begin... I cannot put into words how amazing Ragini and her team were with decorating all of our events. My sister and I threw a joint wedding weekend with us both having back to back weddings and Ragini's team handled the mayhem with perfection. They made all of our wildest decor dreams a reality. Any ideas we had - she was able to create in real life.

Not only was our decor impeccable, but she was kind enough to pursue other ideas with us should we have drawn a blank. She gave her feedback and royal touches to everything without causing us any additional stress or costs.
