We had a great stay in this hotel. Very clean , comfortable. Front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Rooms and bathroom were clean. I liked the pool table in the lobby.

Positive: Very comfortable beds and great walk-in showers. Add to that a hot, delicious complementary breakfast and great accessibility .. what more could one ask? Negative: Can't think of a thing. Staff is especially nice and helpful.

I think this is the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We chose to stay at an Hilton hotel because it’s usually a guarantee that the stay will be good, but this one was very bad. Our floors were covered in something sticky. The shower was covered in mold and mildew. Sink wouldn’t drain all the way and gunk kept coming up into the sink from the drain. One of the heavy hooks to hold towels fell on my foot and hurt so much. It appears to have already have fallen off and someone just tried to shove the open wall anchor back into the hole in the wall

What you are getting here is a very clean. Very nice room. That is very much like a nice dorm room. There is no closet. just hooks on the wall. There’s no microwave no coffee pot. The only coffee machine is in the lobby and when we got coffee from that machine, it was cold so we were told to use the microwave. The only microwave in the building is also in the lobby. The help in this place is outstanding very friendly and very helpful. Colorful decor that makes it kind of a fun place I guess. But you still come away thinking that you paid a lot for a pretty dorm room.

My husband and I (and our dog) got caught up in the winter storm that passed through and had to stay put until the weather passed. Thankfully they had availability for us in such short notice. The staff there was absolutely amazing. They were all so welcoming! Miss LaVern was our favorite there. We loved chatting with her! The rooms were very clean as well.

After making reservations for traveling for the Christmas holiday, there was not a person in sight. We called over and over without any answer. We normally use a digital key, but the app was down and we were stuck with no solutions. After about an hour of trying to find an employee or get a customer service representative, we finally decided to continue on to the next Hilton. Hopefully we are able to get our money back.

I gave this location 5 stars, my experience was wonderful for a one night stay, non smoking, clean rooms, clean lobby, friendly hospitality… there were a few left behind hairs on the bathroom floor, but then I’m not sure if that’s what it was, could of just been residue from the mop possibly, but everything in the room was perfect, heat controls worked exceptionally well, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, there are three slots for commercial vehicles, I drive a semi-trailer, best to call ahead and make sure there are available parking slots for the bigger commercial vehicles.
You know the first thing you have to look for in the ATL hotels is signs of bedbugs, and this location was clear
Room 101 was a very clean room in the Atlanta Metro area

We recently stayed at this Tru Hilton. When we arrived the handicapped parking was blocked off by the people washing the windows. My husband and I are both handicapped. We were lucky and found a parking place in the front.
We checked in and went to our room.
We took showers that night

When we got back to the room. The cleaning staff had already been there. We found the following:
1. One of the towels (used for our showers) was on the floor behind the bathroom door. One of the washcloths (also used our showers) was still
hanging on the shower knob.
2. There was a long hair on the shower wall.
We both have short hair.
3. The cleaning staff left 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. When we checked in there were 4 of each. Had to tell cleaning lady we needed 2 more bath towels. Additionally, there was not a 2nd roll of toilet paper left by the cleaning staff. So I had to hunt down the cleaning lady again to get a roll of toilet paper. My husband had surgery the second day of our stay and needed extra toilet paper.
When you pay for a nice hotel you expect BETTER SERVICE.

These things we enjoyed during our stay:
The lady that cooked breakfast did a wonderful job and SHANNON at the front desk is GREAT!!

We will be staying somewhere else the next time
we come to Greensboro.
