We are so happy with the incredible work House Of Bash did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. From our very first meeting, LT and her team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, organization, and creativity. LT took the time to understand our vision, and then exceeded our expectations in every way. She is usually available to answer questions and is very responsive via email. LT offered a variety of suggestions and guided us through the planning process with ease, even with us being located overseas in a vastly different time zone (GMT+9). She was able to keep us on track and involved in every step through their AislePlanner platform. It was pretty easy to navigate and was a great tool to use to communicate, share our ideas, track payments, and see the entire planning process come together.
On the day of the wedding, LT and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. From managing the timeline to coordinating with vendors and handling last-minute details, they made sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. For example, there were a handful of guests that showed who had not RSVP'd and some that didn't show at all- HOB team were very quick to get them seated and taken care of.
Additionally, before our outdoor ceremony there was a threat of rain and HOB communicated our options and adapted to the environment. Unfortunately the ceremony was pushed by 30 mins to hold out for weather (our decision) which cascaded a delay in the timeline. No wedding day is perfect but the HOB team was very flexible, quick to adapt and worked to ensure we did everything we wanted on our day. Our guests commented on how beautifully everything was executed, from the ceremony to the reception.
What truly set HOB apart was their ability to combine meticulous planning with a personal touch and their floral decoration. They created an atmosphere that felt uniquely ‘us,’ and we couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful or dedicated partner in this journey. House of Bash was our wedding reception day of coordination services. We worked with LT and Autymn in the months leading up to our Indian wedding reception of about 250 guests, and then Autymn and Evelyn took over on the big day. My mom, who was designated as the responsible party, had such a wonderful experience working with them as they made sure she received all the information and they made sure to be attentive to all of the immediate family members. They were great at managing the timeline, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and truly allowed us to enjoy our day without any stress. I can't say enough about how awesome and helpful House of Bash was at helping coordinate our wedding. We hired them for the month of/day of coordination and they did a fantastic job. I was told several times from guests they hadn't seen a wedding that well run, been to a wedding that fun, or seen so many people dancing and having a good time at a wedding before. House of Bash was nothing but professional, was super communicative and as a Project Manager by living those two things are vital and most appreciated.
