Vivian was a fantastic coordinator! Her monthly emails were so helpful to make sure that we were planning things on time, and not falling behind. She was always there to answer any questions we had! She made sure everything went according to plan, and helped take some of the stress off of me as we got closer to wedding day. She was very organized, and great to work with. It’s hard to put into words just how great Vivian was to work with! Throughout the wedding process she made sure everything went very smoothly with all of our vendors and made sure we were heard. She was a great advocate for us and the vision we had for our day! And she is genuinely a great person to work with.
You can immediately see that she has a heart not just for the bride and groom but also cares deeply that guests have the best experience possible. During wedding week, she was exceptionally great; she was prepared for plans a,b, and c and exhibited such patience, and calmness dealing with all the little hiccups that could occur on a wedding day. As always, she made sure our vision for the day came together and we really couldn’t have asked for a better planner.
