Ellie was great with the entire process from planning to updates during the trip. Everything was perfectly executed. The trip was wonderful - lots of great memories were made. Hannah did such an amazing job curating the perfect itinerary for our honeymoon in Italy! We used Ellie's Travel Bug for our trip to Italy & Croatia. The Itinerary was spectacular and the services we received on every stop were even better! We accidentally left a phone on the island of HVAR and Ellie's contacts in Croatia were able to get the phone on the next ferry. We had our phone back in 4 hours! I’ve always been of the belief that you’re supposed to plan trips yourself to “save money”. I look back on that ideology now and think how silly that is. Ellie has completely enlightened me into the world of travel agents. I am in awe of Ellie and her ability to plan the most exciting, beautiful, and well constructed trips. Because Mother Nature decided the snow storm of 2025 was needed.
