Customer service is 1000000%! We are so pleased with our experience at this business. We ran into a problem pertaining to a bike we bought through them. It was a company problem but Okana got ahold of the company and went above and beyond to help us find a solution (special shoutout to Tina and the time she spent for us). The shop is very clean and well organized providing a good variety of bikes and other sporty things. The owner, Greg, helped us a lot with our original purchases. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about all his products and the sports themselves. He helped us with all of our questions and requests. We’re really grateful and love this business! We will suggest them to all of our friends and be life time customers! Thanks guys! We love our ebikes!

My wife and I purchased two Aventon Aventures from Greg and his team. First of all, the customer service was incredible. They will discuss all your options and answer any questions you may have. Greg in particular went above and beyond and I truly appreciate him. The electric bikes we got from him are incredible, it really makes riding a bike fun again. They also had a lot of cool merch, everything from paddle boards and sunglasses to ping pong tables. If your close to Lake Oconee and even if your not, stop in and check them out. They were worth the drive for us.

We purchased bikes from the Okana Bike Store at Lake Oconee in February. The first month we rode them, there was a little adjustment that needed to be made on the chain of my bike. We dropped by the store today, Randy found the problem right away and made the necessary adjustment in minutes at no charge. Now our trip to Jekyll with our bikes can go on as planned this weekend.

After several weeks of research my wife and I visited Okana to look at e-bikes. We were greeted by the salesman who spent plenty of time with us and any question he could not answer he brought in the bike repair person. In the end both gentlemen were both working with us. I knew which bike I wanted in about 5 minutes. My wife just wasn’t sure. These two guys worked with her for two hours bringing out bike after bike changing seats, adjust heights of seats, handlebars and worked with her on the operation, test ride and differences between each bike. After about 2 hours the owner Greg showed up and jumped right in trying to find that right bike for my wife. She finally made her decision and the owner matched internet pricing and also gave the military discount available through govx. Additionally for buying there the extras you want are discounted. It was very evident from the start that they loved the Ebike world and wanted their customers to love it as they do. There was definitely no high pressure to have to buy. The nice thing is you know what you are getting and have Okana to keep you going. For a nominal fee they keep your bike tuned up annually for the life of your bike. In my mind I wasted two weeks researching because in the end they truthfully told me the same results that I came up with. Don’t waste your time just head straight to their shop. You will enjoy your time there and my bet is you won’t walk out empty handed.

Good afternoon Greg and Mitch, this is Brian and Tracey. We made it home yesterday with no issues. The Thule Bike rack was the correct choice. Greg, thank you for your time and patience installing the rack. Tracey and I did our first ride this morning on our Aventune Accenture 2 e-bikes. Our neighborhood which is very hilly were no match for the Accenture 2 .The ride was effortless. It was a short 4 mile ride. We turned a lot of heads. Wanted to say thanks to both of you for your patience and professionalism. You bothe went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. 5 Stars to you both and Okana Bike Shop!

My husband and I just purchased two Aventon e-bikes from Greg at Okana Outdoors and we are thrilled! Outstanding professional, generous and courteous service from Greg and his team. Greg had answers for all my questions and patiently helped me test-ride some options before finally landing on an Aventon Pace 500 3 and then helping me select the accessories to make it the right fit for my needs. Finally, after completing the sale, the outstanding customer service continued with Randy getting the bike loaded into my vehicle. Very pleased with Gregg and his team. Took my bike in for tire replacement/repair. Very knowledgeable, helpful with explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I did not purchase my bike from them but still received great customer service. Price was reasonable, highly recommend and so grateful to have them near since my local Pedego store closed.
