Most rude and unprofessional security guard I've ever encountered on the road. She raised her voice at me, and kept interrupting me when I was trying to ask her questions about the pick up process. She made me do a U turn to leave the property and that's understandable but when I asked where can I park she said "Google it" and closed the window in my face. I had to wait for second shift to arrive and they helped me out really quick and were curtious. Why do we have to deal with someone like that after being on the road all day. Is this the kind of employees you guys want? I'm never coming back.

Use exit 190 off of I-20. South to John Deere pkwy, turn left. Driveway for guard gate is on the right not to far. Stop to your right and open your trailer doors. after checking in with the guard you will then drive to loading dock. I had no wait and backed in. They loaded 5 tractors in an hour. Fast and easy experience for me.

Just got into dock. Will edit if needed. If you look at Google look to the left of this building for the guard shack entrance address. Will take you where you need to go as indicated in my pics. After looking at reviews I only arrived 15 mins early. Appointment set for 8 am on a Saturday. When you pull in drive make sure to follow traffic signs. They have a light where you wait until it's your turn at the guard shack. When it's your turn DO NOT PULL UP PAST THE STOP SIGN. They are constantly bringing tractors in and use the space between the stop sign and guard shack to enter the gate while trucks are checking in. Once checked in pull down to building to the right. There are staging lanes to wait if the docks are full. Walk up ramp to check in window under the sign. Give them the same information you gave guard filled out on the sheet along with drivers license. Wait in truck till they load and come get you. Simple easy process if you follow the directions and don't arrive too early or late. However it was a Saturday. I can imagine it being worse during the week. I'll update on load time. There are 2 pilot truck stops nearby. One is like 8 mins from the guard shack without getting on the interstate. As I came in I saw a smaller SPRINT truck stop right around the corner. All of them are small with a lot of local trucks parking. So get there early or get a reserve spot. UPDATE: WAS in the dock for at least an hour and a half before loader came out to give me an option of using blocks or straps. They started loading me shortly after. Loading completed in 2 hours

Some of the permanent leads want temp-to-hire workers to kiss up to them. If you don't, doesn't matter if you're doing your job competently, they will get you fired. If you want a quality job/career, you won't find it at either John Deere plant in the CSRA. I started working on night shift. When the job was complete, they selected the best workers from night shift and moved them to day shift. I was one of the few selected. I never missed a days work on either shift. After that experience, I quickly obtained my CDL-A and earned a better living without having to be subjected to demons in this workplace.

Loading area is very organized and fast enough. But security is one of the worst places to communicate with. According to the supervisor told me They have appointments rules window 1 hour after the appointment time. Not like anywhere else 1 hour before
Second if I came early little bid I mean even less than an hour or I ask to wait few minutes to get the correct number from dispatch. they ask me to leave the property and and go to Walmart or anywhere or they will be threatening by calling the police for trans passing or whatever

Follows there rules is good but they need to update there rules that works with driver rules. They need to understand we are driving 18 wheeler with e- log. Not a bicycle.
Please make rules to help your customers drivers and respect each other. Thank you if there manger read it and decide to do something

No overnight parking but there are two gas stations nearest to this location make sure you come early one hour before your appointment time there is always a long line in a weekday for pick up first you have to check in at security guard with your Licence and pickup number they will guide you where you have to wait for pickup. I got loaded within two hours my appointment was 9 AM.

My experience here was great. I do not agree with the other poor reviews. I feel like if you follow directions and do not come before or after your appointment time, your experience will be the same as mine. They do get pretty busy at certain times. I arrived at 5 minutes to 3:00 for 3:00 p.m. appointment and was on the road by 4:50. Pull into the right lane of the entry drive and wait your turn to check in. Don't go past the stop sign. Have your appointment number, order number and broker name and driver's license. Then you open the doors before you proceed past the guard shack. Pull down the hill and if a dock is open, pull into the dock. If not, wait in the marked lanes right beside the dock. Go check in and get loaded up. Simple easy. Leave the doors open until you get back to the guard shack. Give the guard your papers and follow the other guy to the back of the trailer to close your doors. Get your papers back and head out.

Showed up at 715am for an 8am appointment and turned away. Told to comeback at 8. Most companies call that being late.
