We have used Buckhead Coach for our Skidaway Island Field Trip for the last 6 years and they are great! The drivers are prompt and always on time and even when we had to change plans they have always been accomodating. We have used their 55 passenger as well as 24 passenger and have had great experiences with both types of busses and with different drivers. They work well with schools and other big groups and are on the Gwinnett County approved vendor list as well. Highly, highly recommend using them!!

Field trip! 10 students and 3 faculty members and our driver is reading emails while driving on the highway. He has constantly been on the phone while driving close to 80 mph. When I asked him NICELY to stay off his phone and not read his emails while driving HE harshly told me "Go sit down!"

When he rudely told me to "go sit down." I told him that was a great suggestion. I called his boss and her supervisor as well. They have already emailed me back. We pulled over for a bathroom break and they called him immediately. He hasn't touched his phone since they spoke to him. All he had to do was say, "I'm sorry" and that would have been it.
