We had the best experience with Lisa Hall. We utilized her expertise for our honeymoon and we could not be more glad we had her help and guidance. We had some restrictions initially with planning- COVID travel uncertainties and budget (as a newly married couple, trying to stay wise with our spending but also enjoy an awesome honeymoon trip). We were planning a trip for our 10 year anniversary and Lisa was extremely condescending. Ultimately she wouldn’t help us and had a negative attitude as if we were an inconvenience. I emailed a detailed list of things about our trip and it seemed to not match her preferred aesthetic and she was a little snobby about it which was very disappointing.

We went to the Excellence Resort in Jamaica , Lisa Hall booked us the most amazing trip. From the airport to the resort everything went down perfect. Also helped us make a last minute change in our flight that worked out perfect.

Just came back from trip to the Caribbean and it was aMAZing!!! We had an easy customs check in, airport ride, oceanfront villa and the best overall trip!!!! No detail was overlooked. Thanks for booking such a great getaway Thornton Hall team! 😎 😎 Y’all be sure to check out the horseback riding too! You can swim in the ocean with the horses .....soooo cool!! 🐎 🐎
