Peyton & Stephanie are the BEST team to have on your wedding day. Peyton helped me plan my wedding along the way, and made the planning process SO easy! I never had any worries on the day of the wedding because I knew they would take care of everything. Everybody says that something will go wrong on your wedding day, and I can honestly say that because of the Platinum Peach Events team, nothing went wrong!! Platinum Peach Events assisted me by throwing a gender reveal party for my son and daughter-in-law. Before the party, we had a consultation meeting about design, decorations, and a schedule of the evening. Once they received news of what the gender was, they went ahead and finalized decorations and plans. Stephanie and Peyton came to tour the venue and make sure that they had all the information about the space. They were organized, on time, and very friendly. The decorations were beautiful and were exactly what we asked for. They even brought their photobooth which was so much fun! The party came together flawlessly and we were so glad that we hired them. We were so grateful to spend the day as a family without worrying about setting up for the party. It was also so fun to be surprised all together. Peyton and Stephanie are so fun to work with. They were professional without being boring and fun without being irresponsible. They worked together quickly and well and I definitely plan on using them again. I would recommend them for any kind of event.

To whom It may concern:
We reached out to Peyton Bolling about Day of Wedding Coordination in the early spring of 2021 after having received her information from a friend. My daughter was getting married on September 12, 2021 and the venue policy stated that we had to have a Day of Coordinator. I cannot express how happy we were to find Peyton and her team at Platinum Peach Events. From the moment I spoke to Peyton, she put me at ease (As I’m sure you know wedding planning can be a little stressful.). Peyton explained all the responsibilities of the coordinator from making the day of schedule, talking to and working with all the vendors, decorating, cleanup, and the list goes on and on. Peyton worked so well with my daughter and myself; she listened to what we wanted, she asked questions and was extremely professional. Peyton met with us at the venue to go over everything Natalie and Fernando wanted for their special day, she took lots of notes and stayed in close contact with the venue liaison to make sure everything was going to be perfect.
As the day grew closer Platinum Peach became more involved by taking many things off mine and Natalie’s plates so we could cherish those days leading up to the wedding. In fact, the day before the wedding my mother-in-law commented and said “I can’t believe the wedding is tomorrow and we are sitting around doing nothing.” To which I replied “It’s all organized and I trust the coordinators to handle everything that’s why I chose them so we can enjoy this time with family.”
On the day of the wedding, we all met very early for the rehearsal and to go over the schedule of the day with the entire wedding party. Peyton and her team were very relaxed and that put everyone at ease; but she was also firm when she needed to be to be sure there was no miscommunication. I cannot say enough about how professional the entire team was. They handled coordinating all the many vendors, the bridesmaids, groomsmen, families, and guests all throughout the day as well as decorating and cleanup. We owe our wedding day success to Peyton and her team at Platinum Peach Events. It was literally everything we had hoped for and more. If there were any challenges on the day of, we never knew about them because she was there every step of the way to take care of them.
Without hesitation, we would recommend Peyton as an event planner that will help you to personalize any occasion.

This review is long over due- but if you are looking for a wedding coordinator or wedding planner you can stop looking now.

Stephanie, Peyton and their team are the best!! These ladies have truly found their passion. They went above and beyond just to make my day special. They were always very patient, responsive, and are in the know with the most current and fabulous trends. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations.

From start to finish they were in constant communication with my mother and I. We met and went over everything in the beginning so they could get to know us and what my style is. Wedding planning is very stressful. And in most areas I had no idea what to do but Peyton and Stephanie were always there to help and give me my options and opinions. They handled everything from coordinating all the vendors, making sure they pastor was included, helping with the wedding party, and guests.
The pastor even said that he had never been in contact with wedding planners/ coordinators who were so attentive and that he was very impressed.

I let them know that I really wanted to have a rustic hexagon arch. About a month before the wedding the man who agreed to make it for me decided it was too much and he was unable to do it. I called Peyton and let her know and she told me not to worry that they would have one made.

On the day of there are always hiccups and the girls handled every single one of them so it did not effect my day. The morning of my wedding I realized I hadn’t bough earring for my big day. So I went to all the local stores and couldn’t find any. I eventually gave up and went to the venue to get ready. I mentioned it to Peyton and Stephanie and Stephanie went to her house and got me a couple different earring to choose from. I also realized I didn’t bring socks to wear with my vans and Stephanie also got me socks to wear.

Stephanie and Peyton were a godsend. I am beyond thankful for them and all they did for me on my special day.
