Hello, here is my review of my stay at Miners Mountain Cabin at 81 Rose O`Sharon Dr in Helen-Ga. The place and the house are a very quiet place, ideal for resting. But regarding cleanliness, my list of complaints is quite long. The kitchen and dining room floor was completely sticky and very dirty. The oven was very dirty and full of stuck-on grease. The corners of the walls had spider webs all over them, especially on the back porch. The jacuzzi was very dirty, impossible to use, full of mud stuck to the sides. For the price I paid, I found it totally disrespectful to a customer who traveled 7 hours from Mobile-AL to have a moment to relax and had to stay in the middle of so much dirt. I don't usually leave negative reviews anywhere because I know that small details can be forgotten, but in this case there were many things.

We stayed in the cabin name Southern Seclusion. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out!! Full kitchen 2 bedrooms 2 full baths, hot tub, rocking chairs outside. Beautifully decorated and oh so comfortable. There are also 3 separate outside wooded setting areas 1 with a fire pit! There’s so much to do in the area, but this place is so great it’s hard to leave

*26 Anniversary Lane||Great location, very close to Helen and Anna Ruby Falls.||Cabin to accommodate 8 people. ||*Two queens downstairs, shared bathroom (full shower/tub, one sink). ||*King and two twins upstairs, shared bathroom (small stall, one sink).||VERY NARROW STAIRS||Kitchen is very small, NO DISHWASHER. Bring your own paper goods and trash bags. There is an additional charge of $50 if you leave dishes unwashed.||Bring your own detergent if you plan to wash out bathing suits, towels, or Godforbid an emergency.||Management has been notified of EXTREMELY used pots and pans (they need to be thrown out) and ice maker not working.||Overall, these cabins offer the bare minimum. We took for granted that there would be "starter" items. The property manager is very nice. Unfortunately, it seems she is not permitted go outside of the scope of her given responsibilities.||There is a lovely hot tub and pets are permitted at $50 each.

we did not even know about this place . we come up every years for like ten years , and we where sitting at the huddle house in Cleveland we where looking for a place to stay and we ask one of the lady"s and she went and got the dish washer lady and she told us about you guys . she said her family own i told her what we where looking and she told us we would love it . she wad so right before we leave we will have to tell that lady ty . my kids love the cabin we are at .and we love it the manger at the office is great.we ask we where wanted to know any place having any events and they gave us a list. cabin was clean and great.. keep up great work .....

I stayed with Tanglewood Cabins for my birthday this year and it had exceeded my expectations! The house was very clean and we had all we needed! It's so close to Helen that making trips out was easy! Super close to so many trails and had an amazing backyard with plenty of space for us Florida folks to explore. The only issue we had was with the wifi and figuring out some of the TVs but overall a great stay and would definitely recommend this place and come back again! Thank you for an amazing trip!

The cabin was quaint and cozy. The AC unit kept the temperature warm inside despite the cold outside. The hot tub was enjoyable and definitely a plus. The cleaning people tried to start cleaning it prematurely, but we stopped them when we arrived back from breakfast to pack up and leave before 11 am check out time.

The cabin was dirty, damp, and smelled like urine. There was dust on the blinds. No visible smoke alarm. One window ac unit that was in adequate for cooling. Toilet was made for children—too low. Towels were old and frayed. Kitchen exhaust fan caked with greasy dust. Top of refrigerator was filthy. I had to wash all dishes and kitchen items before use because they were all dirty. Deck was dirty. Lights on deck were burned out. There was green gel on the bathroom wall over the sink left from previous tenant. The porch swing was under the deck by a basement crawl space door by the trash can. This space was creepy, full of spider webs and insects. I was charged a $50 pet fee and the place was not fit for a dog. We paid entirely too much for such an experience. We loved our visit to Helen but the cabin was a huge let down.

My family and I made a trip for the weekend to Helen and stayed at Cabin #96 which happen to be a 3 bedroom two bath fully furnished and beautiful. I have attached pictures of the cabin. It had dishes and towels and anything you could possibly need and an added bonus was the games for the kids. Cable and wifi. We had plans to go out but we decided to soak in the family time and play games and just enjoy peace and quite. I have not one single complaint! It was a lovely cabin! The kids enjoyed the fire pit and the outside jacuzzi! Even with the cold weather it really really was enjoyable! So if you are looking for a nice quiet beautiful place to stay for you and your family you won't be disappointed! I could only attach so many pictures! Sorry!! 🙂
