When you book a travel agent you expect everything to be seamless and taken care of. This was one of the worst travel experiences ever. We traveled to Mexico for a bachelorette weekend. From the beginning to the end of our trip there was an issue that could have been prevented. One of the individuals in the group was booked at the wrong hotel which happened to be an hour away. Our excursion that we paid up front for was canceled, because the travel agent provided the wrong pickup address. To top it all off. Transportation to the airport for departure was only booked for one individual in our group. The rest of us were told that we could leave THE NEXT DAY. Unfortunately, we called and emailed but were not able to get in touch with the travel agent to resolve these issues. LUCKILY our hotel staff in Mexico was very accommodating and did the best they could. Hopefully someone else can have a better experience.

LaCresia was so awesome!! This was my first time traveling by plane ...and it was out of the country ...and I was doing it alone. She set everything up for me and made the experience so easy! When I landed in Jamaica I was greeted by my guide who walked me pass the long lines straight through customs and to a VIP Lounge with food and drinks until my shuttle arrived. It was just so easy and I have LaCresia to thank for that! Not to mention the great price she got for a beautiful seaside suite!! I’ve already reached out to her for three more events I need to travel for. Highly recommended!!

Worst travel agency! Owner Lacresia is rude and cruel to the airline employees she was speaking to on the phone and then demeaned them after the call. I will not financially support bullies!

Personal Touch Tours Travel Agency -- the name says it all (or it could be called 'Expert Touch'). This was my first experience with them and I must say that I was highly impressed in a very positive way. This agency is a well organized, extremely knowledgeable, and a top travel specialist that planned for a group trip to Cuba via cruise ship, a trip on which I went.

They held our hands throughout, from long before trip departure to on-board ship, to the ports, to post-trip follow up, taking the hassle out of the planning for us. All we had to do was show up. I cannot say enough good things about this travel company! Whenever I exchanged emails with them during the months before our trip, they were always so responsive, gracious, and informative. Their knowledge and experience was first class. We received pre-trip planning details via group meetings and email; therefore, once the group was on its way, our trip was virtually stress-free. I never felt overwhelmed or rushed. They delivered an amazing, relaxing, seamless trip. For those of us who chose to take the bus trip to Tampa to the cruise ship, attendants were provided to serve us during the ride. From the bus trip to the ship and back again, every aspect was meticulously thought out and well planned.

I couldn't be happier with their friendly professionalism and because they made the whole process very easy, I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wishes to travel.

LaCresia and her staff will now be my consultant for future travel.
