My family and I, a family of 6, booked tranquility 2 for Christmas and we were not disappointed. The cabin was clean and beautifully decorated for our Christmas stay. We loved staying there and highly recommend it to anyone seeking beauty, comfort, and serenity. It was so cozy and comfortable. We found plenty to do in the area and thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. Thank you cedar creek for providing our family with a perfect Christmas 2024.

We are on our last night at the Holiday cabin. Everything was super clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed for our stay and didn't have any issues ! Also super convenient to stores and plenty of sight seeing. The cabin was absolutely beautiful 🤩 we fully intend on staying with them again

What a great relaxing time we had staying at the cabin Hidden Jewell. It was our 30th anniversary and the cabin was perfect for our get away. The inside was decorated so nicely and it was just beautiful, warm and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck and even though it is covenant to everything the wooded location makes you feel like you are away from everything!! I am so glad we found this great cabin and we will definitely be back!!!

We had an awesome time staying at the Allure cabin this weekend. Everything was incredible!! Hot tub was very nice and listening to the rain at night was spectacular. We traveled between Helen and Cleveland at least 6 times. Simply put, it was amazing!!

My wife booked the Dreamscape cabin back in March 2024 for our stay during Christmas 2024. We were there for 4 nights and had an awesome time. The cabin was perfect for just the two of us. Everything about the cabin was quaint and authentic for a picture-perfect getaway for Christmas. Among the many highlights are the outdoor fire pit at night, the heated jacuzzi on the back deck, the two-person bathtub, the pool table and the indoor fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities and used the outdoor hot tub about 5 times in total. Very private, tranquil and relaxing which is exactly what we were looking for after a super busy year. Brought a prime rib dinner with us from the Fresh Market which I heated up in the oven and stovetop for our special Christmas Dinner. The only very small thing lacking in my opinion is there was not a toaster or toaster oven for making morning breakfast toast to go with our cereal. I did make toast in the big even, it was just a little more involved, but hey, no big deal really. We spent the day after Christmas in Helen, GA which was a real treat in itself. I had never been so it was really nice to see all of the shops and Christmas decorations. We had lunch at The Old Heidelberg restaurant on main street and had some pretty authentic German food. All in all, we had a great trip, great accommodations all within a 2–3-hour drive from Greenville, SC. I would recommend these cabins for those looking to escape the city and spend some great quality time in the woods surrounded by nature and away from all of the screens from everyday life. It was a nice break and we will return again.

P.s. for those other reviews complaining about the roads leading up to the Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals; those roads are definitely private, unmaintained roads so in my opinion they are in pretty good shape all things considered. Go slow and you will be fine!

We stayed in the Radiance cabin. It was so cool and very clean! I own a cleaning business. It’s rare that we stay somewhere that meets my high cleanliness standards. This cabin was spotless.
About an hour after check out I realized I forgot my purse in the cabin. I left a voicemail at the office number and was called back promptly even though it was Sunday when their office is closed. I was able to retrieve my purse which I am so grateful for.
Thanks so much for the phenomenal stay. We would definitely consider Cedar Creek Rentals again!

Mr. Telford is both unethical and unprofessional. He has not responded to texts, emails or voicemails for the past year concerning my complaint. I booked a cabin on their website based on the website description. When I received the contract it was contrary to what was described on the website. I told Cedar Creek Rentals that I would not be signing the contract do to the discrepancies. The website description said that 2 dogs 50lbs or under were allowed. When I received the contract, it said that 2 dogs were allowed 20lbs and under. My dogs are not 20lbs or under. I never signed the contract. However, Cedar Creek Rentals still charged my credit card. I have been asking for a copy of the alleged signed contract for a year and have been stonewalled by Mr. Telford and his staff. I still have no copy of a signed contract because it doesn't exist and I feel that they fraudulently charged my credit card. I gave no authorization to Cedar Creek Rentals to charge my card. I made that quite clear when I told them that I wasn't signing a contract. The fact that they will not even make an effort to respond in any capacity is completely unethical and I feel that I was purposely scammed. I have opened a court case based on them fraudulently charging my credit card. I am now out $1500.00 and will be filing a case against them for fraud since they will not provided the contract. They even said in writing that if i didnt sign the contract, then the reservation would not be completed/valid. Beware of this company. It appears that they are trying to scam people out of their money for their own monetary gain. I don't want anyone else to have this same experience. We all work too hard for our money to be scammed by companies such as this one.

This place is a scam. We booked our trip for our wedding anniversary over 6 months ahead. The week that I booked my stay in the dream cabin I wanted. They called and said it was being renovated and wasn't available. After they took my money for that dream cabin.

They sent me a cabin that would be available and it was currently under construction. They assured me it would be ready when we arrived I was looking for a specific type of layout for our family and she assured me this one was close.

We drove over 11 hours with our children and 1 dog to get no info on how to get into our cabin. I called 3 x while we were on our way.

We pulled up to the cabin. Which from the outside looked like it hadn't been maintained in months. There were leaves everywhere. Spider webs and the jacuzzi was disgusting. Being that we just drive over 11 hours we called there number and got a voicemail. Within 30 minutes a guy in a pickup truck pulled up and let us into the cabin. We started to look over the cabin and saw that it had rat droppings under the sink and the New remodeling was a hot mess. There were exposed nails, the wood was rough and gave us splinters trying to walk up to the top room. It was a mess. The layout was not what I was expecting and the loft upstairs had absolutely no curtains and you could see into our room from all sides. Being we are out in the middle of nowhere. I still wouldn't sleep in a room that has no shades. So I said nope. We aren't staying here. The outside had trees Down everywhere and we just didn't feel safe. It was not in a gated community as the website explained and it just was nothing like we had expected

I called the number again to get a voicemail. In 15 minutes a lady called back and assured us of getting a better cabin . So we followed the maintenance guy around town for about 15 minutes to another cabin. This one had roaches. Immediately upon walking in we saw German roaches crawling on the shower and said nope.

So they drove us around to another cabin that was located next to the one we originally had and we could barely get to the drive way in our truck. It was so steep and scary. have severe anxiety and told them nope. I wouldn't even try to make it down that driveway.

So I told the lady we wanted our money back and that we will stay overnight in the original cabin downstairs where it was renovated. I didn't sleep at all. We didn't even shower in this place it was disgusting and a mess. Dog hair everywhere. Dirt on all the wood and the toilet seat downstairs rocked when sitting on it.

This was the worst trip we ever had. The pictures look nice don't let them fool you. I accidentally deleted half of the photos for storage but here's what I do have from our stay.
