We got there at 1:30 so we were past the prime lunchtime. The pizza buffet was okay, I think it would have been very good straight from the oven but it had been under the buffet heat lamps too long. The buffet was $10.65 a head. I’d be willing to try them again during prime time, but at an off time I’d just order off the menu next time.

The small Extravaganza pizza was amazing! Ordered with thin crust. Enough for 2-3 people.
The service was really good. Very quaint, small town, family oriented pizza place. Has a pizza 🍕 bar for lunch.

Great place for some good pizza. New location is much nicer and the staff took our order just before closing with no issues. The ladies were more than happy to make a couple pies for us. What are you waiting for? Go to Down Home Pizza.

Had some Calzones and they were the best I've had in the South. Great recipe they are using. Excuse the pictures. We were all over those poor Calzones before remembering to take pictures.

I don't know if it's just the times, but product has really gone down hill. First don't serve sauce that was supposed to be tossed out 6 days ago. And the xlarge pizza has shrunk apparently? They are taking a medium and cutting the slices in half to call it an extra large. No man let's just call it what it is. And the Pizza itself was rubber so much cheese yuck. With products like this not sure I will be ordering again. Staff I will say is always friendly just wish the product was as top notch as the service.

In response to you the owner, I know the date is when it's poured but go ahead and taste it. Expired. And if it's your job to belittle your customers to begin with who really needs to support you? You may not serve a medium but the pizza we got was definitely a medium size cut up into smaller sizes. Definitely not an xlarge pizza. But hey the Pizza was still rubber. But let's not comment on that right?

They had too remake my pizza as only half of it had cheese, wish I had just got a refund, they use very little cheese and something tasted bad on the remade pizza, so was unable to eat one piece of the large that I had bought.

I've asked them to build me my own pie and it was a chicken cheesesteak pizza with fried onions and mushrooms add bacon with a coating of mayo as the sauce was mozzarella cheese on top. It was delicious It reminded me of back home in Phila.Pa.
I'd recommend having one made. I will be back again 👍👍

Nice small town pie place. Friendly front counter order takers for a takeout pizza.
Large veggie pizza and pepperoni calzone hit the spot for 4. Most definitely hit this spot again as a sit in. Have to try the salad bar. Might be small , but the variety is right on. Highly Recommend.
