My husband and I had a very good experience with or Southern Paddling Guide Dale!

We did a hike on the Florida Suwannee river trail and he drove us from the end of the trail where we parked our truck to the beginning of the trail.

While we were hiking he kept track of us via text when we had coverage, and encouraged us as well as gave us suggestions, weather updates and helpful tips. He even offered to Rescue us at a moment’s notice in case of an emergency!

I personally felt much safer knowing that he was aware of our daily location and progress. What a great guy!

Dale did a fantastic job helping us along the way on our Suwannee River kayaking trip! He was right on time picking us up at the Suwannee River state park, this is where we left our vehicle. He took very good care of our kayaks, loading them as if they were his own (adding padding where needed). He dropped us off at Cone bridge, giving us advice and tips to make the trip more enjoyable along the way. He went way out of his way by ensuring we were safely on track with our float plan by checking with us each night afterwards, and even gave us weather updates!!! Great guide, friend and service!!!!! I’d recommend home to ANYONE!!

We had an amazing 3 day kayak trip on the Suwanee River in April with Southern Paddling Guides. We saw beautiful springs; many, many turtles, lots of different birds and just so enjoyed being out in the beautiful and unique natural area. Dale was the very best guide we could ever have hoped for. His patience and help with two old, inexperienced paddlers was non-ending. And his knowledge of the river and wildlife was outstanding. We loved getting to know him and just had a really fun time on the river. It was great! Thanks Dale.

Super awesome 5 day trip on the Suwannee celebrating our 40th anniversary! Dale’s knowledge, expertise, and support both before and during the trip was very helpful. When we returned our vehicle had a flat tire and Dale even helped my husband change it and provided the tool to do it. I’d say that’s going over, above, and beyond! Dale went waaaay above and beyond the call of duty our whole trip. I can still hear him saying 'that's why I'm here' , 'I'll take care of it', 'I've got you'. We knew he had our backs the whole way. And always with a big grin, and dropping off surprises for us along the way too! The guy is a legend. Thank you so much Dale! You're awesome, and very appreciated! Just finished a 4 days kayak trip and couldn’t have done it without the help of Dale. The customer service Dale provided was outstanding!! Dale put all our worries to rest. I highly recommend Dale for your next kayak trip! Definitely a 5 star guy!!

I just finished a 5 day trip on the Suwanee River with a group of friends and we had a amazing time. The Guide was great, the springs incredible , a great way to reconnect with old friends. Can’t recommend this 1 enough.
