Kathleen has always created beautiful arrangements and is always well worth the price you pay. I love to give this shop business as I live hundreds of miles away and still have friends in Valdosta. They are always super communicative and understanding. Kathleen always sends me pictures and lets me know when it’s been delivered. She even went out of her way to change the delivery address once she realized my friend had left work for the day. Great customer service and highly recommend.

I’m not from the area and I was looking to have flowers delivered on a very short notice. I am so glad I chose this company, Kathleen was awesome to work with! It is so hard to order flowers so far away, but I happened on to this florist on the internet and so glad I did! Kathleen made an arrangement for a funeral that we could not attend and they turned out beautiful.. she went over and above to make the arrangement perfect. I ordered flowers from Kathleen for my friend for her birthday. The flowers were for my dearest friend of over 44 years. I wanted her Birthday to be special. The arrangement she made was absolutely beautiful. no way around it, and my friend loved it. Kathleen was so kind and helpful, she took my thoughts and feelings and she put them into a flower arrangement that was way above my expectations. I needed to send a plant to a dear friend whose father had passed away. I was unfamiliar with any florist in the area. I chose A Lasting Memory based on the reviews and pictures on the website. Kathleen was so helpful on the phone even though I called on Memorial Day, she contacted her wholesaler and went that day to pick out my plant. They didn’t have the one I requested (a peace lily) so she picked out a beautiful fiddle leaf fig to substitute. She called me to check and make sure I was good with that substitute, she then sent me a picture so I could see what I sent. I was very impressed with her care and personal attention to my order. I highly recommend using A Lasting Memory for any floral need you need.

I am out of town and wanted to send flowers to a family member as they lost their mother in law at the same time the Hurricane was coming through (not due to the hurricane), and I knew finding a florist would be difficult. I called and Kathleen had just gotten her power back and was able to make me the most gorgeous flower arrangement to be delivered. We had to do designers choice due to the power being out and I am assuming the lack of flower delivery, and I could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.
