Excellent Experience! We've worked with Loyal Charles out of Atlanta and he has never let us down. This year he helped us plan a sister trip of a lifetime on the French Riveria! Wedding & travel plans have been going wonderfully with Carl. We've been working with him over the last year since Spring 2015. I have not had any disappointments. He answers and returns calls in a prompt manner including all emails. My guests have been throughly satisfied. Our wedding date is June 4, 2016 in Mexico. As the date is quickly approaching, all wedding coordinating is coming along as planned. My guests are independently meeting payment deadlines as expected and any concerns have been handled graciously. My guests and I are looking forward to a fabulous time! Carl was referred to us by my future sister-in-law. He assisted with her destination wedding 4 years ago. They have since utilized his services for honeymoon excursions. He has been my agent for over 15 years. He has booked over 20 cruises and
15 land vacations for me. The arrangements are always perfect. I never worry
about any pre-arrangements he has booked. It brings great peace of mind knowing that when I check onto a cruise ship or a hotel; I know my reservation and dining choices are there. Every request I make is handled with great professionalism. No request is too small for Mr. Charles to take care of for me. One cruise I was on I had a problem. I sent him an email with my concern. Within an hour; a representative from the ship contacted me and took care of my concern. Now that is service!!

This rating is specifically for Carl Howard. I'm not sure how the structure of the company works but I will say I emailed the owners about my experience with Carl and haven't heard anything back. Their website boast that customer service is a top priority but I'd beg to differ. I worked with Carl Howard to book my destination wedding group. We had over 60 guest. He was fine at first with me. Aside for not being able to do simple math he responded fairly quick which is all I could ask for at the time. I knew something was off when I started to suspect attitude in the tone of his emails. Yes! I thought I was reading too much into it until I received two calls from my wedding guest the same day indicating he sent them emails with all capitalization words as if he were yelling at them. They each had separate situations in which he was being inappropriate. Other guest later mentioned his poor attitude after the wedding stating they didn't want to stress me out. He would harass guest who didn't send in payments by the dates he gave even though final payments weren't due until months later. He even harassed a guest about her payment when her father in law had just died! He quickly got annoyed when asked questions or if guest wanted to split up payments for the room. You're a travel agent who promotes your specialty is group bookings!! He is also a liar. He tried to charge my nephews who were two at the time child price when the site indicated they would be free. I had to threaten to speak directly with booking before he cleared it up with no so much as an apology. At a time when I needed to focus on planning other details of my wedding I had to constantly reassure my guest everything would be ok and do math to make sure they were being charged correctly on top of many more things he should have been able to handle. After the wedding I'm still waiting on refunds promised at time of booking. Needless to say I've gotten the run around from Carl and no response from Uniglobe. If you need assistance booking your destination wedding look, walk, no run somewhere else and curse the person who recommends Carl Howard. If uniglobe has people like Carl and doesn't try to clean up or address his behavior you should run from them too. There should only be one diva when planning a wedding, the bride ....not Carl.

The Best Travel Agencies in Atlanta Uniglobe Five star travel our Agent was Loyal he's the best we recently Returned from Jamaica and stayed at the Hilton Rose Hall when I tell the resort was Amazing it truly was Loyal made everything so easy all we did was pay and he took care of everything!!
