Janice at White Sands Travel is a professional through and through! While my time at Jolly Harbour was only a few days, every detail was handled within minutes, and I felt so taken care of. Judith and her assistant Shawn were the most amazing travel agents I have ever dealt with. They tended to every need and answered every question I had. I was planning a family vacay for 16 people ansbi was overwhelmed and she handled it all which such grace and kindness. Very prompt and efficient. I would recommend her and Shawn to anyone planning a vacation. She made this part of our experience amazing and easy and the fact that it was all delivered at the resort she made sure our family Vacation was a definite success.

Update: My 2024 trip to Puerto Rico with my husband and I was everything! He didn't even want to leave the resort. Everything was perfect! Literally, from the planning to the lift driver that assisted is throughout our stay. The view was amazing and I loved it. This was my second time booking with her and she did her big one per usual. Communication was excellent just like before. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience with them. The communication was a 10+, and they also made sure I was comfortable with everything. I will be using them again. They are the best and I truly recommend their services.

DO NOT BOOK FOR WEDDING COORDINATION !!!!!! Honestly pretty surprised by the the reviews… Judith and Sean managed to mess up something for every person in the destination wedding. For me, they took weeks to get back to me about hotel booking, sent the wrong location in one email, the wrong couple in another email, and charged me for an additional night. Judith wants me to eat the cost of the additional night because of a « contract , » to which I have no idea what she’s talking about. The return shuttle was not coordinated appropriately and two of us had to organize a taxi, even after spending a lot of money. She charged $384 per night for the RIU, and as you can see in the photo the weekend prices started at $75. Several people booked « sea view » rooms, including the bride, and they were given harbor views or parking lot views. I don’t have anything good to say about Judith and Sean.

Judith White and White Sand Travel services are absolutely amazing!!!! My now husband and I planned to have our wedding at Le Blanc Cancun in June 2020, prior to COVID-19. Judith started working with us in September 2019, as our wedding travel agent until we cancelled our destination wedding plans in March 2020. We thought Le Blanc was out of reach for our guests and ourselves due to finances, but it ended up being the most value friendly when it related to service accommodations. Judith responded to all correspondence within a 24 hr turnaround time. She helped with guest travel along with assisting with correspondence with the hotel for wedding planning. We could not rave anymore on how much we appreciate her and what she did to assist during the pandemic. She was even able to get our travel deposit back from the travel company assisting with the direct hotel bookings. She's an absolute gem and we can't wait to plan our honeymoon in 2021!

My wife and I really enjoyed our vacation experience at Breathless. The events were well planned and received by our group. The Breathless staff did a wonderful job with our accommodation and requests. My only concern was the confusion with the return transportation to the airport. I spent quite a bit of time to confirm a good pick up time on Sunday. Other than that, it was a great trip and we would be happy to work with you again for future vacations.
