Nilay was super helpful and kind. Gave the best room options. Made us feel like home 👍 |10/10!!!! There is trail with amazing views and a beautiful pool to take the perfect swim. Not to mention when you walk in it is very clean and it smells like they really take care and take pride in what they do!!

My husband and I came to Warm Springs, Georgia to celebrate our wedding anniversary and was extremely happy to have stayed at the Aiden by Best Western Warm Springs Hotel. The hotel property was clean and immaculate and the views were stunning. Our hotel room was nice, very quiet and relaxing, and we had a view of the gorgeous gazebo and mountains. The hotel staff and Nilay, the front desk coordinator, was always warm and welcoming and friendly and offered us complementary food snacks. The breakfast had good coffee, tea, juice, milk, with selection of eggs, meats, oatmeal, grits, breads, and bagels. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Well appointed facility! Very clean and friendly front desk clerk. The room is EXCELLENT. Beds extremely well dressed and comfortable. The pillows stuffed perfectly and font collapse when leaning or sleeping on them. Sheets are crisp and cool. The room is immaculate and boasts coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer and undercounted refrigerator! Lots of unpacking space, drawers and closet. Desk with excellent lighting for study, reading or computing. The bathroom is very clean and organized with a wonderful barn door closure. We loved our room and stay here. ||The clerk at the front desk, Nilay, was very friendly, informative, professional, well dressed and helpful. He explained everything clearly and not condescending. Fresh in today world in the service industry. He always greeted us with a smile and soft voice. Nilay represents the Best Western family very well.

Love this hotel. Very beautiful views and rooms. Be sure to book a room with a balcony on the second floor. Has nice mountain back drop. Room was very clean. The front desk clerks were amazing as well. Nilay checked me in and even though I arrived later in the night he was so helpful and calm.
As a female I felt very safe at all times. Enjoyed this hotel. Will book again when I have to come back to the area.

Hotel is away from everything which to me made it more relaxing especially since I live in the city.

The hotel has many outdoor areas to sit, talk and/or play board games (we brought). The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. We were there with large group of teens for a competition and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was surprisingly good. We really enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. It is a r nice hotel in an unexpected place. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views. Wonderful and speedy service. We came in for a raider event with a group of 14. We stayed for over 4 nights and without a single complaint. When one of the rooms has a shower that didn't drain as quickly as wanted, it was repaired and perfectly functional within two hours. The staff were always accommodating, serving with a smile on their face, so no matter the time or place you were in this cozy yet glamorous hotel, it was a great place of comfort.

My host was Nplay Patel, and was very hospitable and more than accommodating on every aspect. The Venue here is beautiful and I go out of my way to stay at this establishment every time I'm in the area. It's a great venue for weddings, family reunions are any other planned event. I do not know why anyone would stay anywhere but here while in Warm Springs
