Staff were pleasant and helpful. We asked many questions about kayaking in the area and we were answered by a kayaker on staff. She was quite knowledgeable about launch and take out sites and river conditions.

Very helpful staff! We went in looking for things to do in Blue Ridge, and the ladies there were very welcoming and helpful. Gave us maps (and even highlighted the locations for us, a member of my family is in a wheelchair, and they suggested handicap accessible locations for us) , panflets and other information about things we could do! Thank you ladies!!

If you are vacationing in town with kids, this should be your first stop. Toni was so kind to us and our kids- she helped us with information on the Trout Art Trail, more coloring books that have pictures of the local area, maps, print outs, and more!

She also gave us suggestions to eat out on Easter, and plenty of ideas in the historic area. So glad we stopped to get our bearings. Thank you!
