I just came back from my stay here and it was beyond great. I had a 5 hr drive in and when I walked into my room there was an envelope with a hand written note thanking me for my stay and letting me know my room was upgraded. The room was just what I needed to relax after long drive. The room was clean from top to bottom. The front desk staff is also great. Tia at the front desk was the best and made sure everything was fine. I will definitely be coming back when i'm in town for business again.

Stayed here and have worked with this hotel for years and having such a positive experience every time has become such a norm I forget to appreciate the Augusta team until I'm at a another property that doesn't value service and standards the way these folks do. Brenda and the whole team here are top notch who really value their customers! Awesome experience every time. Thanks!

Stayed just for a night, nice clean place. The outside doesn’t do justice to the place inside :)! Clean rooms and bathrooms. Cordial staff, check in was quick. Ample parking space. Nice lobby area with a bistro. Pretty outdoor with a pool.

One of the most poorly run Courtyards I have ever stayed in. There is no indication that there is no elevator. They person checking me in didn't even mention it. So as a 60 year old woman I needed to get my bag up the stairs. The cafe was out of half the items on the menu. When I expressed my surprise at there not being an elevator, the young woman in the office, offered to hold my wine so I could get my 2 bags up the stairs. Terrible experience.

Only reasons I don't think it was 5stars for the room was the shower drain wasnt working and the water stayed in the bottom of the shower and felt a little gross even once I got cleaned my feet were then standing in dirty water and who knows what else and the TVs are not smart TVs which you would think now they all should be especially with the rates they are charging their guests. But other than those it was a pleasant stay

This Courtyard has mosly pleasent and professional staff. The room was average, and the 2 times I stayed here in September, October-November, the rooms were ok. The only real issue I have is with being quoted one rate and changed fluctuating rates over 11 nights, absolutely NEVER experienced this before. While expecting to spend $1,400 I spent almost $2,800, with aome excuse that they have been doing this for a long time. I will NEVER stay at a Marriott and I am cancelling my Bonvoy Membership.

Clean,nice rooms, very quiet even though it was operating @ almost full capacity. Nice exercise room with flat screens on the treadmills & wall as well. Very knowledgeable & friendly staff. I'd recommend this place to any & everyone!!!!!👍🏿
