I come here because I work at a near by hospital. I stay on the regular but this time I was given a room and the bathtub faucet stayed on the entire time. It would not turn off. I was told they are aware but had no rooms to move me to and I just had to deal with it. I am here for two nights for my job. She said I could ask to be moved tomorrow. This room should not have been an option if they knew the faucet was running not dripping running. I booked this room well in advance and should have been given another room but this is what the world has come too. No hospitality no care no integrity. If I wanted to stay in a crap hotel I would not have paid this money

Whenever I need to stay somewhere when I travel, I always choose a comfort inn because they are always so nice and friendly and the rooms are so clean and nice. It's definitely smoke-free, but some times people don't listen, but they will charge you 250.00 for that because it is a Smoke Free Hotel.

Bed was comfy but it sort of stopped there. Room we were given was on the main floor and it was noises almost all night. TV was glitchy. Water pressure was moderate at best and the shower was somewhat dirty. Hotel was in a good location close to Costco/Starbucks/Highway etc. Okay for a one night stay.

I've spent several nights over the last few weeks in this hotel for work. Every time has been a great experience. My rooms have been very clean and the staff are very nice as well.

Hotel was very clean a couple of hiccups with the hotel to book a block for my son's wedding. The hotel manager Sanfy was very helpful and professionally. My sales person DJ was very courteous and professional Both made themselves available any time.I have to reach out

Fantastic hotel! All rooms are suites that are spacious, modern, and efficient. The service from the staff was friendly. Overall hotel was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was well stocked and on time.

Especially if you work for the gov, military, are young and black!!!!!!

Sooooo I work for the government, I stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel was ok I give it C. The room smell like cleaning products and the tv situation was kind weird but it was alright.

My stay was fine. I didn’t bother anyone, no one bothered me. I THOUGHT everything was fine, until I check my account statements.

I was charged $150 extra for a smoking fee. When I called the hotel the lady explained that there was marijuana detected in my room, which is a lie - because I DO NOT SMOKE. I was racially profiled by the Hispanic cleaning staff as well as the black hotel staff for being young and black.

I called customer service but there was nothing that could be done. And when I talked to the hotel staff again the lady told me that “just because you work for the government doesn’t mean you don’t smoke” and that “army people smoke in our rooms all the time, we has had two complaints today” - well why wasn't I notified of any complaints during my stay if I was smoking Because I wasn’t.

I was able to come to an agreement with the hotel to pay $75 instead of $150 however it is really hard to accept a punishment for something you know you did not do.

That’s it that’s all. If your on per diem use it somewhere else.
