Wasn't horrible. The check in staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean enough to use the facilities. That's all the positives I can say. It is old and worn looking. The carpet in the halls and the room were very worn and I did NOT walk without shoes in the room anywhere. Although the room seemed clean enough, I did notice a lack of cleanliness around the edges - a few splatters on the bathroom walls. I certainly did not sit on the furniture without putting a towel down.
The breakfast was inedible, not even bananas.
Not the worst but not great. 3 stars cause no bugs or horrible things.

Staff is excellent, especially Rhonda!!!! The hotel room was absolutely immaculate. Staff was very friendly and helpful and so willing to do anything that we asked of them. I got to my room and got unpacked and realized I needed a couple more pillows so I called the front desk and they were so pleasant and within 10 minutes brought me two extra pills with no problems whatsoever. I was so very pleased at how clean the room was and how friendly the staff was. This will be absolutely our favorite hotel just saying anytime we need to go to Augusta. Thank you Rhonda for being so extra sweet and helping us anyway that you can.

I rated this hotel a 5, because it was way much better than the previous hotel I went to minutes before. This hotel is clean and smells great. The suite has a fridge in the room, and surprisingly no spots of dirt in it. Front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant and bar on site, it's also near the expressway with lots of other restaurants nearby. The only thing that I would complain about is the curtains. They have shear curtains in the middle and I couldn't block out the light in the morning. No big deal though, if I need another room for overnight in this area I will utilize this hotel. Oh one more thing, breakfast was also good.

I have no complaints. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and hot. The service is wonderful. They have a fridge and microwave in the room which works perfect for our 1yr old baby to have his warm milk for bed.

They have an authentic Mexican restaurant attached that is AWESOME!! The room and bathrooms were impeccably clean. The I accommodations were awesome and the spaciousness was perfect. Gave us a homey feel without having to pack it in like sardines. Very comfortable here, I plan on staying here again upon my return. They also updated their owners about 8 months ago, so if you stayed before and had a bad experience that could be why. The people here now are GREAT!!!

Rooms are pretty nice & spacious with full kitchnette, some cleaner than others. Room 210 was located over grease output from Mexican restaurant and the grease was coming in through the air conditioner. Room 224 smelled of mold super bad. Room 320 was really nice. Owners are nice but the wife did yell at her cleaning staff in front of customers which was rude. Pool was not very nice, we did not swim in it, plus there were only 2 chairs? Overall its a good deal but be very careful which room you get!!!

Husband thought towels were basic and it smelled like bleach but staff were very courteous, room immaculate and we'll appointed, apartment size fridge with good size separate freezer, bed was very comfortable and tv was adequate. Very good value. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was very clean area, biscuits/gravy/sausage, sweet rolls, bagels, bread, cereals, instant oats, fresh fruits, yogurt, cream cheese, real butter. Good coffee, well maintained.

Very nice rooms. Place was clean as it is all the time. I enjoyed my stay. I love the nice jacuzzi rooms as well. Also there is an restaurant located within the same building that's a plus for me. Very nice staff at check in and check out
