We had an absolutely amazing time with Sundial Charters on our trip to Little Tybee Island! Captain Renee and Captain Manon were both incredible—so friendly, super knowledgeable about the area, and made sure we had an awesome experience from start to finish.

Our 7 year old twins had a blast chatting with them, asking tons of questions, and showing off all the big shells they found. And the dolphins—WOW! We saw so many on the way out and back, which made the trip even more special.

Renee and Manon made the trip unforgettable, and we can't recommend Sundial Charters enough. If you're looking for an adventure filled with nature, wildlife, and amazing guides, this is the way to go!

We had an amazing experience on our fossil hunting trip with Sundial Charts. Our Captain Renee was very friendly, and Jamie was our very own tooth fairy. We found a lot of shark teeth, including a few large meg pieces, and several nice fossilized bone pieces. We also saw several dolphins on the trip out and back, which was exciting. My youngest daughter keeps talking about moving down to Tybee and asking for a shark tooth hunting job. This was a wonderful experience!

We had a lovely sunset tour of Little Tybee on the Little Tybee Unplugged trip with Captain Leigh Ann. Captain Leigh Ann took us throughout the marsh where we watched dolphins feeding. A couple of them even were kind enough to treat us to some leaps out of the water! We spied so many birds from Great Blue Herons, to shore birds, and even a pelican in the mix. Captain Leigh Ann also gave us some time to explore a beach out beyond the marsh. We walked along this beach where we were the only humans amongst the avian community. So many footprints on the beach - all belonging to birds. This is an amazing way to not only see but to truly experience a part of the world that belongs to nature. Thank you Captain Leigh Ann!

We went out on a four hour fossil hunting charter with Captain Malcolm and Jamie. We found lots of fossils and our guides were very knowledgeable about the area. Everyone had a great time.

My family and I had the best time on the Little Tybee tour with Kyle! We enjoyed learning about the history and wildlife of the surrounding areas. The weather was perfect and we had so much fun at the beach searching for sand dollars and shells. Booking was simple and easy and we had no issues whatsoever. This was the highlight of our trip and I’m so glad we have this memory to remember our trip by. I would definitely book with Sundial Charters again for future trips in Tybee!

Captain Rene took us on a wonderful trip around Tybee. We had a nice time despite the bracing conditions that day. The water and the wetlands were beautiful. The tidbits about the history of the area and the animal life rounded out the experience. We highly recommend Sundial and Captain Rene!

We had a magical experience of Little Tybee Island with Ellie. Despite the weather( grey and rainy) we enjoyed our three hour trip with her. Knowledgeable about the ecosystem and the wildlife, Ellie enlightened us while navigating the waters. We saw dolphins, different birds, a bald eagle’s nest and found beautiful shells while stopping on a shore. Note to management- would be nice to have a wind shield on the boat, and a waterproof cover overhead ( the current one was dripping on us..). Thanks Ellie for a memorable experience.

We did the fossil hunt tour earlier this week with Leigh Ann and Taryn. Leigh Ann was our captain and Taryn helped with the hunting on the ground. We had an awesome day learning about coastal GA wildlife, marine life, and general info. Both of our guides were very knowledgeable and made sure we had a great experience. While on our tour we saw dolphins (several stops to enjoy watching), birds, oyster beds, and marsh land. We would definitely recommend the fossil hunt tour with Sundial Charters. And after talking with several locals it was found they are also endorsed by their home town.
