Worst experience ever! Was told I had 3 service calls and only had 2 because a driver came, took a picture and left. The 3rd time the guy came told me my battery was good and it was dead smh. I spoke to Shaunie and she had a major attitude and was of no help telling me to call a lawyer and when I asked for a cancelation of services due to her attitude she informed me I wouldn't be getting a refund something I never even asked for smh. Very unprofessional and people like her should never be in customer service. I was nothing but kind the whole time and she tried to demean me the whole time and to think she's apart of the complaints department. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone and I've been with AAA for years, it's time to move on smh.

The worse AAA office in the nation. They never answer the phone. I've called numerous times and left a message to receive help. The staff doesn't care and probably thinks it's funny. They're allowed to give this extremely poor service and nothing is being done about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AAA OFFICE. THEY DON'T CARE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. I'm extremely disappointed with this office.

Diamond took care of me from start to finish and I was able to get my international driving permit and even become a member so I can enjoy additional travel discounts! Layla also helped with my passport photos and ensuring I was fully stamped and ready to go. I'm grateful I came to this location.

It is 3 pm and not a single agent to issue an international driver's license. As a matter of fact there is one but she wouldn't take care of us. She has to go to lunch and the other person who is responsible will not come back for another 45 minutes.

I went to get my international drivers permit (IDP). I was really concerned because I waited until the week before to attempt to retrieve. I called the day before, and the rep I spoke with was very sweet and informative. We made our formal introductions over the phone. I was relieved when said I would get the permit the same day. I went in the next day and was done in 5 mins. I was beyond happy. This location definitely is one that I recommend..
