We have used Uniglobe to plan several overseas vacations for at least 5 years. That relationship started when they had an office in our town. And I must say all the planning went well due to our local agent. Working with Tina has always been easy, more like planning with a friend. Then in the process of our latest vacation, Uniglobe decided to close our local office. They did not notify us or even our friends who were planning their own vacation. I heard the news from our unemployed agent. I had to call Columbus, Ohio to ask what was going on. We should have been notified by the company and assigned a new agent promptly! Only through my pursuance were we directed to a new agent. Our new agent was adequate but having never met us or even having booked our vacation, she had no personal interest in our business. I fault Uniglobe. Responsibility and care comes from the top. How rude and inconsiderate they have been to their customers! I will never use them again!!!
