Last night checked in was terrible. System is down. Had to wait and checked in by app. Someone open the door. No key card or digital key. This morning 9 am, still didn’t fix yet and front desk lady looks don’t want to help told me that there will someone on each floor will open the door. But no one there, waited 15 minutes and had to go down to front desk. Then she asked me which floor and sent someone to open the door. What a ridiculous and inconvenience way of management?
As of my busy and in and out schedule will mess up.

Tried to resolve an issue with damage done to my vehicle while valeted at one of their properties. Absolutely no response or follow up after the original confirmation claim email was sent to me.

The 2 night stay in a Greenville area Hampton Inn left me with 8 screws and 1 metal plate as the souvenir for the stay that they billed us & got paid for … (2 days and 2 rooms) then they became ‘hands off’ when the ER bill and trauma surgeon’s bill became the need.

The coffee and overall hospitality was ok….minor things considered.

The young lady that checked us in and the men at the front desk are extremely nice and professional. Not sure about the other front desk and housekeeping staff... I asked several times for them to clean my room daily. I'm luck if I get towels. I probably won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Shame on them. We are asking my insurance company to switch hotels.

Couldn't order food. Nasty front desk lady. Rude on the phone. I let the phone ring to order food for an hour... after awhile I just put it down and let it ring. It was still ringing an hour later when I checked on it. This wasn't a busy hotel, either.

Update. Had to call in an order from a local restaurant. While waiting, I overhear the receptionist speaking very Ill of me to another receptionist, in front of customers.

So, please come for the 7 dollar a day, unsupervised parking, no microwave or fridge in room and nasty service.

This will be our last Hilton and I won't stopping slamming this Motel 1 until she is fired.

We are here for a wedding and most guests are staying here. My wife's uncle fell in the shower. There is absolutely no grip in the showers and thanks to the pitiful reply you see below, I'm involving corporate. This Motel 1 is a nightmare.

Disappointed in hilton. I have a Be My Guest Certificate that I ask to be extended as I was unable to travel due to person reasons. My dad and later my grandmother were in the hospital for extended periods of time and both have passed away this year. I am sorry if personal travel is not at the top of my priority list. I am a Diamond member and the level of customer service received from Hilton lately has not been good. Why be loyal to a Hotel partner when they are not loyal to their customers.

DO NOT STAY THERE😡😡😡
1.Check in is at 3 PM we did not check in until 5pm and was told the room is not ready they are still cleaning.
2. We did not get into our room until 6 pmish
3., Water never got hot?🥵
4. Not enough towels they said check back in 30 min still no reply.!!!!!
Not exceptable for Hilton send plumber to this location to fix this problem hire more staff asap!!!!!!

Tried to resolve an issue with there brand after a horrible stay at there embassy under hazardous conditions. There resolution was $40 in points . UNACCEPTABLE.
