This was my first SOLO trip and let me tell y'all 10/10 would do it again. Went to MBJ and had a great time will definitely be doing it again through Issia’s Travel Co. Shoutout to Issia who made it all happen. Shoutout to the girls out there in Mobay. ONE LOVE NO PROBLEM 🇯🇲✈️

My husband and I booked for the Jamaica Feb 2025 trip along with another couple. Unfortunately I would have to agree with the other reviews about the communication. We made the first payment via Zelle June 16th for $100. The second payment was made on July 10th for $100. The third payment was sent on Sept 13th for $100. All on time and according to the payment schedule sent out. Well on Sept 16th she sent out an email to not send September payments yet because she is looking for a new payment method. Mind you this is AFTER the due date. So now we are $300 in plus the deposit for booking the trip. We never received additional information regarding this. On November 12th we received an email stating that due to unforeseen circumstances the trip is cancelled due to contractual factors. Although the trip is cancelled due to no fault of US the clients we are still not eligible for a refund and refunds will not be issued because they are giving us the option to choose a different date. On December 18th I get a text from Issia’s number saying “Goodmorning”. That’s it that’s all. At this point I am seeking out legal help from an attorney to get this matter resolved because I am no longer confident in this company and will not be sending out anymore money.

Incredible experience with Issia and her travel company for a vacation with my best friend for my birthday. From the recommendations, to all bookings and customer service….10/10. Working with others takes patience and she was always very responsive and willing to help with any needs/questions before and throughout the trip. The resort in Riviera Maya was absolutely breathtaking and she wasn’t kidding when she said all inclusive lol we ate and drank all that we could. Seriously looking forward to the next trip using her services. You can’t beat the quality. Check her out or you’re truly missing something that could be worth a lifetime of memories.

She makes a bunch of trips post them on Facebook and reply to the people who are ready to send money now for the deposit! She doesn’t respond back if you have a question about your trip i messaged her on Facebook 3 times about a payment & even text her number & emailed the business email 3 times . No reply at all, my friend did the same as well and my friend called her number she tells her the trip is cancelled and the money is non refundable someone just commented on her status and states she hasn’t been replying back and she deleted our comments & messaged me back with a invoice link to pay i relied my trip is canceled why would i pay you someone replied back and said o i didn’t know the trip is canceled. This company is a scam she only replies when it’s about a payment nothing else do not book with them!

I absolutely LOVE Issia’s company !! I recently booked a trip with her for Jamaica and it was everything PLUS more. Me and my partner had an amazing stay. Everything was paid for and included as far as activities and dining, the scenery was beautiful, the hotel we were in had basically everything we didn’t have to leave. Next time you’re going to jamaica book with ISSIA you have PREMIUM COVERAGE!!

Issia hosted a cabin ski trip and it was a really good time! The cabin was really amazing, skiing was hard but really fun.
It was my first time seeing snow and my first cabin trip!!! Highly recommend and Issia is really really sweet and fun! I love supporting black owned businesses.

Overall had a great experience! Issia kept up with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. She booked everything which made vacation a total breeze!
