Trevor at the front desk was amazing! From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with such a friendly smile and made me feel right at home. His positive demeanor and willingness to accommodate anything I needed really stood out. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and answered all my questions with patience and care. The hotel itself was great—clean, comfortable rooms, and nice amenities—but honestly, Trevor’s exceptional service made the experience even better. I can’t thank him enough for his help. If you’re staying here, you’ll be in good hands with him!

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. It was hot and we wanted to go to the pool but it was overrun (at least 30 kids) in the small pool. It was our first time in Helen, and the front desk was extremely helpful in telling us where to go and where not to go.

Helen was lovely. However the Hampton Inn was unacceptable. A $289. Room should have been much better. The dining room chairs were all stained. The paint was coming off of the building, very run down over all. I look for Hampton Inn because they are nice. This one does not meet expectations and gives the whole network a bad name. In a tourist destination city Hilton is poorly represented. |However the staff were nice.

What a pleasure it was to stay at Fairfield Suites in Helen, GA and experience the professionalism and five star service from Trevor and Cindy at the front desk. These two extremely welcoming individuals need special commendations which is very unusual later in the day on a cold December night. I will add that they were also working the holidays at Christmas obviously away from their families. Thank you. Thank you for a beautiful room, Trevor and Cindy, and for your wonderful smiles. You made our visit unforgettable!

My partner and I spent the evening here as a quick stop on our way home. The location was great and a short walking distance to downtown Helen. ||The free breakfast was just what you expect. ||The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that a dirty washcloth was dangling from the top of the shower when we arrived. ||We stayed for free on points so it was worth the visit.

Trevor at the front is hands down the most amazing staff member of any facility I’ve ever stayed at. He was so helpful, kind, and all around amazing to me and my husband. Everytime we saw him he was smiling and exuding an amazing attitude. He was our favorite part of the hotel! The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was well stocked with great choices!

Property is beautifully kept. The indoor pool was a hit with our 2 year old. All staff that we interacted with was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the area. We will return. Don't waste your money staying anywhere but here. THIS IS THE SPOT!!!!

Helen is great, no worries about location, easy walk to downtown Helen. This hotel is exactly what you expect it to be, we had a basic double bed room on the ground floor. What's holding the hotel back from 5 stars is the fact that the indoor pool (and surrounding area) was quite dirty. Also, bit overpriced. However, we did book the night of, in the lobby, in the middle of summer, which could very well be why it was so expensive. Room was clean, all that stuff. Breakfast was great and honestly is probably better than what you even expect. Oh also indoor gym was pretty nice!
