100 times better than it was not to long ago! My biscuit was perfectly light brown and fluffy. You could taste the butter in it. The steak was tender and the egg and cheese were perfect.

Ordered a family meal, didn't get the tea that came with it also paid for all white meat didn't get and also didn't get the fries we listed as one of our sides. I don't leave a bad review for a 1 time incident, same thing happened on the previous visit just different items. Management needs to get involved more with the staff. They were nice so it wasn't that. I most likely will not be back at this location. The food we did get was good.

I have to give a HUGE shout out to the Manage and employees at this location. We had ordered online for Thanksgiving. When my husband got there it was 2:15 and tapped on the drive thru window because we did not know they closed at 2pm. The manager talked to him and told him that they did not get the order but not to worry they would get the order done. The manager and employees made fresh chicken and stayed after they were supposed to. It is not often that you find good customer service anymore. We know it was Thanksgiving and these employees were ready to get home to their families. I want to personally thank you for going above and beyond. You could have just given the money back and I would not have blamed you a bit. But you guys stayed and did the order. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!! Amazing management and staff!!!

It seems about every third stop this location is out of anything we wanted. Today it was ham and sausage for a biscuit. To make it better they didn’t have tea either. The person on the intercom had such background noise I had repeat myself 4 times. This definitely has to be one of the worst managed locations.

Edit: Well i came back again to give it another shot as the “owner” suggested. This time for lunch. Guess what….no tea. I just don’t understand how you can run out of the “Legndary iced tea.” I suppose the comments fall on deaf ears because I would think in a week you would have more tea. If it has run out then maybe you should have a production planner to ensure it was being made during peak times. If there is no tea to make well then that’’s purely a management issue. Maybe as the “owner” you might want to get more involved in the business like some franchises mandate (I know the number 1 franchise requires it). I am only one person and may not matter but looking at other reviews I can see I am not the only one that has recently had these issues. I was taught where there is smoke there is fire. I appreciate the reply but it seems that is all it was. To many chicken joints in Hartwell to put up with constantly having to adjust my order. Good luck with this establishment.

We pulled through the drive thru this past Saturday morning at approximately 10:30am. We ordered our usual order (we visit Bojangles at least twice a week in NC) which included a 5 piece Supreme Meal and were told it would be an additional 5 minute wait which is fine, since we get this often in the mornings for our son. We paid and were asked to pull forward. No problem at all. The food came out a few minutes later. After pulling out we noticed we were given someone else's order. Nothing in our bag matched what we had ordered. No big deal. We did not get a receipt from the drive thru and there was not one in the bag we received. My wife went in to let them know we received the wrong order. She was questioned "what did you order". As she was explaining to one of the employees a gentleman interrupted and chimed in and saying "I know, I know, calm down" in a condescending tone. My wife said she bit her lip and took the higher ground. As she was handed out order she heard the gentleman (appeared to be manager) say to the employee that "we should be happy that they did us a favor and made us the supremes". Very unprofessional. My wife is very non confrontational and very mild mannered. No one was upset, angry or otherwise about the mixup. I am grateful it her and not me as I would have certainly called out the jerk that acted that way. As I said, we frequent other Bojangles locations at least twice a week in our home state and we will continue to do so. We just won't visit this location again while we are in Georgia. I rarely leave any comments and reviews unless they are extremely positive or negative. If I were the business owner or manager of this gentleman, I would want to know what vibe he putting out there.

The food was delicious. One in our party needed soft foods after dental work. The mashed potatoes were excellent. Macaroni and cheese was perfectly creamy. The fried chicken w.as superb. The servers were friendly and helpful.

The food was nasty hard dried out. The only reason I door dashed was because I have the flu and Lord knows the family still had to eat. 70 dollars for food the dogs ate.
