I like the hotel only my room apparently had been entered into after it was cleaned. It looked as though the bed had been laid on and the toilet had not been flushed which was not good.

We needed a place to stay on the way to move our child back to college. Commerce presented a convenient and affordable option, and as loyal Marriott people, we booked the Fairfield Inn. We were warmly greeted by the desk clerk who thanked us for our loyalty, upgraded our room without us asking and provided a bag of snacks and bottled water. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite being next to the highway, it was actually very quiet. After spending the entire day on the road, the entire experience was just what we needed! We had to depart early the next day, and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Like many hotels these days, it consisted primarily of prepared and individually wrapped items, but there was a good variety and everything tasted pretty good - the hot items were actually hot and the cold items actually cold. The staff were on top of things - quickly replenishing the coffee when it ran out. We were wished a safe journey on our way out and thanked with a smile. Definitely recommend for weary travelers or visitors to the area!

Rooms are nice stayed four night , breakfast bar is ok. Breakfast Ladies need to smile more. Unfriendly. My room was big and comfortable.

We stayed for the weekend, choosing this specific hotel for the option of having a suite so that our family could have privacy. While it met the need, the staff seemed friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located, there was a bit to be desired in housekeeping with stains in the bedding and on the pull out mattress. The ac had to be set really low in order to keep the room semi comfortable for sleeping so none of us rested very well. When the ac was on, it was very cold and when the ac shut off, the room would get very warm and smell very musty. On a more positive note, the room came with a continental breakfast. The coffee was pretty good and there was always ice water available for us.

The room was very basic. The bathroom gave a dirty feeling. Pool was nice hot tub gross. Gym is nice not too much space for stretching. The lobby was beautiful.

Breakfast was great, the room was nice and
clean big too! The bed and pillows are top-notch. The staff was lovely. Also had fresh cookies available to guests throughout the day! The only problem I had was the noise of the highway next door, it was a bit too loud but our room was on the very end closest to it.
The hotel has plenty of food options around it. However if you are not driving then walking is the only option it can be dangerous. Lots of construction going on near it and no crosswalks so it can be tricky. Also a night be careful bad elements out there.
The heated pool and hot tub they have there is nice but had several kids and not being watched by there parents. Throwing towels in pool and jumping in and out of hot tub. Kids just being kids but annoying at the same time.

Yes, yes and yes! I stayed here after I had to leave another hotel because they overbooked my room. It was a last minute call, but they made it happen. The rooms were great and the free breakfast was outstanding!

We were SO impressed with this place! First of all, all of the staff were helpful and friendly. The whole hotel is clean, and the complimentary breakfast was great, plenty of options. Our favorite part was that they had an indoor pool that was actually heated well (so many hotels don’t heat their pools enough!) and a hot tub. We had a suite with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. It was perfect for our large family. Highly recommend this place, much better than many more “fancy” hotels in the area. It’s right down the road from the outlets and super close to the freeway, but we weren’t bothered by noise.
