This hotel is very poor quality. I would advise a health inspection. The website shows false advertisement of the rooms and the property. The rooms are not clean and have dirt all over the floors, stains in the floors. The bathrooms have not been cleaned, there is mold covered and painted over on the walls. There was hole above one of the showers. The walls have holes in them with limited patching. The beds are broken. The service was limited and not good quality. This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Rooms smelt like smoke, no air vents in the bathroom there is mold and moisture problems. Also the door jams are safety hazard and do not lock properly. The windows have a wood board over the top of the door. The plug ins don’t work and are a safety hazard. This place should be shut down and Health officials should probably check this site out for inspection. Needs more maintenance and attention before allowing people to stay here.

I almost cancelled my reservation after reading the reviews. But I'm so glad I didn't. My husband and I are very pleased with our room and the customer service was amazing! The room we had was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended

This hotel definitely needs a serious inspection. The rooms are nothing close to what is advertised on their website or in Google. Please, don't risk it and stay in some other place. I couldn't go to a different hotel because everything was booked in Commerce, but please, don't stay here. Worst experience ever.
The room smelled bad, one of the blankets was ripped off, the bathroom didn't looked cleaned, you can here everything from other rooms, they offer breakfast but it's really just coffee, orange juice and some crackers.
The only positive thing is the people. The front desk lady was always very nice to us and kind.

Positive: "" Negative: Absolutely filthy room. I don't think this place has been truly cleaned in years. Bizarre smell as soon as you walk in, crumbs and junk on the floor. Hair all over the bathroom, and dust/cobwebs in the corners.Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Positive: Nothing Negative: We didn't stay there, both rooms were not clean. There were cockroaches and bugs in both rooms, there was no shower curtain in one room, and mud handprints on the shower wall. Bare wires in the other room. Even the carpet looked unclean.

Rooms were filthy upon arrival. Called the front desk, and they said they would send someone. 20 minutes went by, and no one showed. Called a 2nd time, and the lady that does all the cleaning and maintenance for the building picked up the phone. She immediately came and cleaned the room for us in a timely fashion. Very pleased with her work.

Worst hotel I ever been to. My family and I came from several states away to visit family. This hotel was aweful from when we walked in..the floors are dirty with stuff all over it doesn't look like it's even been vacuumed at all. Rusted toilet paper holder, hair on the pillows, nasty stuff on the walls, poop outside the hotel walkway, doesn't look like walkway has been kept up or cleaned either. Smells when walked in. Really don't think it was clean before arriving. Very nasty place. Should be Inspected. Also the floors are dirty and coming apart looks bad nothing like the pictures on the website.
