If you are looking for a florist to work your wedding who is always available, very hands on throughout planning, or who responds to calls/emails quickly, Greg is not your guy. However, if you are looking for someone who you can trust, who delivers, and is very hands off, Greg is. While we did have some issues with communication, we were able to meet with Greg the month before the wedding to go over the style/design/ideas we both had. Greg was insanely detailed and creative and pulled through with a spectacular wedding and reception! I have gotten so many compliments on the flowers for the wedding as well as the set up and design. It was perfect.

Beyond our wildest dreams!
Trying to schedule a wedding during covid was challenging . Not only for us but for the suppliers as well. Greg exceeded our every expectation. He brought things to our reception because he thought the would add to the setting. We were not charged for these things and he was spot on! He has a massive inventory of anything you could ever want. I was a bit of a nervous bride mom, high maintenance since the reception was at our home, but even tho sometimes our communication was spotty, he totally had it. He is super busy and very good at his job . Hire them for flowers, venue, reception, you will not be disappointed.

I would not recommend this company for your wedding needs! I scheduled an appointment with Diana and took off work to go with my daughter to their place of business (over an hour away). Everything sounded good. They worked with us to pick out the design of the wedding. We meet Greg Hall, the owner. We were told we would receive a quote within a day or so. We never received the quote, we called for over two weeks. Each time promised a quote the next day or a return call to discuss what we wanted to rent. We reached a point that we stopped calling. If they can't provide a quote in a timely manner what is the likelihood they will show up with the rentals and the flowers we wanted to order. We have called other companies that have been great to work with. I have no doubt the other companies will show up on the special day.

Turned out perfectly and bride was so happy. However felt like Greg has spread himself too thin resulting in delayed and rescheduled meetings, a last last minute setup, and a very hard to reach assisstant and florist. We were very happy with how everything turned out in the end, wonderful job.

I reached out to Greg Hall & Co. about being the florist for my wedding. I heard back from Diana asking me for some pictures of ideas I had. Once I sent the ideas I had, I never heard back from them. I waited roughly three days to email again to just check in & make sure they got my latest email. Once again I got no response. Two days after my initial check up email I sent another, with yet again no response. I find it very unprofessional that Greg Hall & Co. cannot respond to emails for potential clients. I understand that October is typically a busy month for florists, but this was ridiculous. If they cannot handle the work load & answering phone calls/emails then perhaps they should hire a person solely to answers phone calls/emails.
