I received these GORGEOUS flowers from my husband for Valentine’s Day. He usually goes through HyVee but decided to shop local this year. This arrangement knocked the socks off any arrangement I have gotten from HyVee. I am overly impressed!! We will be returning!

I needed to send a sympathy arrangement from a distance. I previously had sent this woman (in another town) a birthday arrangement through a network of florists and was disappointed in what was sent. I contacted Barn Loft directly with a specific request and was given options to accommodate my needs. Super cute shop full of live plants, a succulent bar, and tons of gifts, decor and more for sale! We were in the area and were drawn in by the words on the windows. Shortly after we entered, the (I'm assuming owners) were very kind and friendly. The building itself is quite a sight to admire, but there is also so much to look at inside as well! I found the cutest little pot and my sister & I both got a little succulent "party" (just a mix of a few different varieties of succulents in one planter, but it looked like a fun little party!) I didn't see any actual flowers for sale when we arrived in, maybe the weekends are more reserved for filling orders? One of the owners was working on a very gorgeous arrangement behind the counter. Overall we did not leave disappointed and this brought more joy to visiting Onawa!

My heartfelt thanks to The Bar Loft, Shane and his staff, for creating such a beautiful memorial floral arrangement for a funeral, on March 2nd. It was a lovely tribute to a wonderful lady. I shall always be grateful.

What a FANTASTIC experience! I live in Idaho, I was calling to find flowers to send to my cousins for my Aunts birthday, who we lost in March. I wanted them to know I was thinking of them a little extra today. Shane answered the phone and I told him I was looking for flower delivery. He kindly said he was sorry he didn't do fresh flowers, that he only has plants but helped me find another business name, number and shop hours, he even helped me figure out our time difference. To say he went above and beyond is simply and understatement. I thanked him and hung up. It only took me a few minutes to realize that not only would plants be better than fresh cut flowers but that my aunt would have appreciated those more not to mention he didn't try to sell me but was so incredibly helpful and called him back. He made it so easy to get everything taken care of. We talked a few minutes, I gave him a budget I'd like to stay in and he even sent me pictures as they were finished and delivered them. They turned out absolutely perfect and I know long distance hugs were more than appreciated. Thank you so much Shane! You really helped with a difficult task. I appreciate you so much.

March 26, 2023 After going thru a catastrophic devasting hurricane here in SW Florida, my husband and I were unable to attend my sister's funeral recently in Onawa with profound regret. Shane, at The Barn Loft, was compassionate and patient in helping us place an order for the funeral mass. We selected a very meaningful engraved stone (with easel) after Shane sent many photos of stones that were in the store. Shane also arranged a beautiful floral white rose arrangement with a "dearest sister" bow/ribbon. A "Dearest Sister" ribbon also went on the stone. Then he sent pics of both completed arrangements. For the family, Shane arranged spectacular large standing sprays of white roses and another standing spray of mixed roses around the coffin with another rose display on top of coffin at the church. All so very beautiful.
There aren't enough words to express our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude for all of Shane's extra efforts he made in arranging our order during this incredibly difficult and sad time.

P.S. After we get our damaged roof replaced, we are moving back to our beloved Iowa. Living down here for over 25 yrs, we have had enough of the heat, stifling humidity and hurricanes.
