The Fountains Ballroom was the perfect venue for our wedding! The venue was one of our top compliments from our guests. Blaine and her team made everything effortless—they were incredibly organized, communicative, and always punctual. From the planning process to the big day itself, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The stunning atmosphere, paired with the team's professionalism, made our wedding day truly unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment. I went to a wedding here about 8 years ago and dreamt of getting married there.. I (finally) got married in March 2025 and it was everything I could have dreamed of. I hoped it would be nice enough to utilize the beautiful outside area for the ceremony, but it was not.. Blaine and Macy ensured that the indoor ceremony was just as special! The venue is gorgeous, the bride and groom suite are perfect. They even let me bring my dogs for pictures and be apart of the ceremony! Weddings are not cheap, but I very much appreciate the pricing transparency of this venue! There was nothing that I paid for that I wasn't expecting! Blaine (owner) also has very good relationships with a multitude of other vendors which truly added to my experience. I used The Fountains Rentals for table decor and was happy with their design, but also that they handled the set up and take down for me. I truly didn't lift a finger that day or feel an ounce of stress. I was able to focus on me, my girls and my now husband instead of stressing over the timeline or details thanks to the staff at the venue. I also utilized their DJ Brandon who kept the party going and did personally check on us frequently which was appreciated. I would get married again here in a heartbeat, but hoping to just be a guest there in the future!

From the moment I took the tour,I knew this was the place for us! From the details of the Ballroom, to the outdoor Ceremony space with the waterfall background, to the actual Fountain in the beginning entrance, it just screams elegance! The rooms for both the Bridal and Groom party are spacious and exquisite. The flowers were gorgeous and designed in house! Blaine and Macy were amazing and really helped to make everything as stress free as possible!! They worked their magic to make my day incredible!

The Fountains Ballroom absolutely made our wedding day the most special and memorable day I could have asked for! Blaine and her team handled everything from our florals, to centerpieces, decor & so much more! I had a vision for our day and was sending Blaine pictures of my dream bouquet/centerpieces, etc. and she knocked it completely out of the park!! Not to mention we had day of coordinators that were able to make sure our day went as smoothly as possible. Absolutely the full package and the most gorgeous venue on top of all of it! The second we stepped foot in the venue for the first time we knew that’s where we had to get married. The scenery speaks for itself, it’s close to Omaha/Council Bluffs so location was perfect, and it was easy to add/take things away from our wedding package leading up to the day! Overall 12/10, you absolutely will not be disappointed booking with Blaine and the girls at the Fountains!

Best wedding venue! We changed our wedding venue 6 months before our wedding date and couldn't have made a better decision than to book with The Fountains Ballroom! Blaine was so dependable and helpful in every aspect of our planning; from design, to florals, to a caterer, she was amazing! She has a keen eye for detail, is well-organized, and helped us every step of the way. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and our guests couldn't stop talking about what a beautiful venue The Fountains was. Some of our family also rented the air b and b that is on site and it was perfect for them to be so close to the venue! It was very spacious and our family loved it! The venue is very clean, and the outdoor ceremony space is absolutely gorgeous! The bridal and groom suites were the icing on the cake! They are beautiful, classy and were very spacious for all of us to get ready in the morning of our wedding! Our wedding weekend was perfect and all thanks to the staff at The Fountains!

Blaine and Macy are amazing! We just recently got married at the Fountains and they went above and beyond with the decorations and flowers as well as being very engaged throughout our wedding day to make it as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!
