Excellent location in Sioux City, with a variety of restaurants near by, and easy access to interstate. The room was very nice, recently remodeled, and clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly and courteous. They have a store you can buy drinks and snacks along with other hygiene items in case you forgot to pack something. Breakfast is included in the stay, and they have a decent sitting area that's not too crowded if you like a quieter morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and needing to find a place that's clean, friendly, and definitely priced at a great value.

I travel very frequently and am in IHG properties consistently. This property was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean in all areas of the hotel. We met some of the friendliest staff! Want to give a special shout out to the breakfast manager, I didn’t get her name but she was incredible!! The area was so clean, the food always filled and the appropriate temperature. Can’t say enough good things about this location. Thank you!!!

The rooms didn't really block out noise from the hallway. No one was being loud in the hallway, but I could hear talking and people walking around upstairs. The rooms were clean. The location was convenient, but it is accesses through the Casey's gas station lot (odd).

We had a last minute issue with another hotel and Robbie was able to get us a room when the entire town was booked for a tournament - saving us 2 plus hours on the road every day of the weekend!!! The room was great the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and they were well staffed with friendly people that helped in everyway possible. We will definitely stay here again!! Thanks Robbie - you are my hero!!

Extremely clean! Quiet rooms, new furnishings, firm and comfortable king bed. Great breakfast buffet in the morning with decent hotel coffee (I'm a coffee snob). Previous holidays I stayed in another hotel close by whose furnishings were needed refurbishing - I will definitely return to this hotel instead.

I really appreciated the refurbishment of this hotel!!

The bathrooms are real nice. Only need another towel bar to hang towels. Plenty of drawers and closet space. I had a King bed with large couch. Lighting around the room has improved!

The breakfast was good. All staff members were very friendly. My only complaint was the noise from the highway next door.

Plenty of parking.

I truly rate this hotel 10/10! After staying at a few terrible hotels, to be honest I was very nervous to stay at any other hotels but this took all that anxiety away. VERY clean! VERY nice! Excellent! And a plus if you love Costa coffee like I do! 10/10 will be staying here again.

Rooms are not sound proof . Kids running in halls.
Breakfast selection was good. Would like later breakfast time on weekend. Check out easy.
