The manager Shelly is very rude and unprofessional. She shows favoritism to her staff family members that work there and will not reprimand them when they do wrong. She leaves rude and unprofessional notes for staff that can be seen by customers. She allows the staff members to smoke illegal drugs while on shift and does nothing about it. The reason I say allow is because she knows they do it. You can call corporate but they won't talk to you unless your a staff member even though you have inside information and proof. Tara from corporate is a joke and should take her job a little bit more seriously other than trying to be someone friend. The store has alot of bad weeds that need to be trimmed and it starts with the manager.

The manager is plain rude. She won’t serve my husband and I even tho our old account is paid off. Now she yells at our friend in front of other customers just because my husband dropped him off there. My husband has not been in her store or spoken to “Shelly” the manager in about a year maybe longer and she’s still slandering his name. Not okay. If you can avoid sparkies, in onawa, I definitely would.

Stopped in 2 weeks ago and the garlic bread was old and hard. Stopped again yesterday grabbed 2 burgers and they were hard and over cooked. They must leave food they cook set all day. I shouldn't have even give rated the a 1. I won't buy their food again.

Breakfast Croissant Ham, Egg, and Cheese was exceptional and very fresh. In and Out and only visit ever to Onawa as I live in eastern Iowa.

I don't even give any stars. I stopped there on my way back to Omaha to get gas for $21 and this place charged me $75. I will be calling to dispute this!!!

Disappointed usually get breakfast on trips stopping in at night kitchen closed no breakfast and no seating won't be making a point to stop here anymore

Check the expiration date before buying anything. Many of the products on the shelves were covered in dust and expired.
