I called to see if I could get a receipt email to me and because of a language barrier, he spelled Washington wrong so I never received the email, I called back and asked him to confirm the email address, that's when I learned he spelled it wrong. So I spelled it out plan as day and still no email. I asked him if he could just take a picture of the receipt and text it to my phone. He went on to say he is sure the problem is on my end, as if my email isn't working, I tried explaining to him I have received multiple emails today but before I could finish he hung up on me. I was not rude, nor did I get loud, this is a business dealing with customer satisfaction, so to have someone this rude at the front desk is just unexcusable. I called back to ask him for his name, he said Mick. When I asked him how to spell it, he asked why and I told him because he hung up on me and I was going to file a report, so he hung up on me again.
