Friendly. My pooch likes to make occasional stops here “to visit her homies in dog jail”.

9/10 times I’d say they Are amazing—. Currently was a little discouraged… (and who knows—maybe I’m just Ill knowledged in the reasoning).
My dog was seen for surgery a week ago- everything with that and went flawlessly. I came home yesterday to dog diarrhea (9 spots throughout my home). When I called (4:45 am not expecting an answer they did- Huge Props on that part). Then I awoke to 4 more areas..

I was told that it’d be an after hours call which normally I’d agree with 100%—- But if something is wrong with my animal due to her surgery like an infection or something— shouldn’t that actually be no charge/ “continuing care” of the surgery — I work for a dental office and if a person has an extraction done and ends up with dry socket- which is 100% a “normal/typical complication “ we wouldn’t be making them pay for it as it’s something in regards to the services we provided…. And on that note I was disappointed…

I’ll still be taking my poochy girl here- but i guess morally that’s one moment didn’t align well with me…. Hoping for more positive experiences in the future…….

My Daddy Jack passed away and we needed to put his cat, Whitey down. Dr. Nathan Bye came to our house in Mason City, fit us in during a very sad time. It was the last thing I could do to honor our dad. I will never forget their professionalism and compassion.

Very very nice and thorough. They get to know each animal and understand them and why they are there. There is hardly any waiting time to see the vet as well so that is a bug plus in my book and they are very very affordable as well. Would always come back.
