Two of my friends had MM as their wedding planner. They had a horrific experience in which they were rushed and harassed despite being transparent about wanting to take their time. They had their phones blown up with communication after requesting space and time. Their wedding was over a year out, yet MM cared more about the company getting things over with than their clients comfort and happiness with the process.

If you don't have mental health requirements, want things pushed along quickly, and don't want to be in control of the planning, MM will work out well! But otherwise, find another planner who understands your boundaries and requirements.
