I was the photographer for a lovely wedding here in September, and it was really unique and wonderful. The staff was incredible to work with, the photo locations are plentiful and beautiful, and the convenience of having the ceremony space right out on the huge deck is so perfect. Highly recommend to any couples looking for a venue that brings everyone together.

Place is very big and has an amazing view of the Saylorville Lake. The building was made very well with a lot of high-quality material so it would be a perfect place for a wedding or a get together. There is a small pathway down to the large grass area with plenty of room for kids to play.

What a gem! This woodsy beautiful lodge is nestled into the wood along Saylorville Reservoir. The facility is top-notch in every way, from the parking lot to the huge deck. The view from the deck will vary depending on how high the water is. Full = gorgeous! Half-empty = meh.

I've been to the Jester Park Lodge twice for weddings. The first was over 20 years ago and I wasn't impressed, or maybe it's just bad memory. But my visit last week was completely different. They've updated and remodeled and it is a top rate facility. I can't speak for the food, bar, etc. as they were not provided by the lodge. But the building was great with a huge deck on the north side of the building where a lot of guests caught up with each other without the loud music from inside drowning out conversations. The place was clean and bright. The bathrooms spic n span! A great place for any event!
