I recently had a wedding at the Country Lane Lodge on October 26th. I probably toured 10+ venues but nothing could compare. When we toured the venue we fell in love! The location is so beautiful and Erin was the wedding coordinator at the time and she was very helpful and nice! Since we booked Erin had the opportunity to run country lane lodge and the day went PERFECT! Erin was very tentative and we could email and ask any questions and she would get back to us very quickly. The day ran smoothly thanks to Erin! She was always around to answer questions and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with! We had roughly 130 guests and all were in awe with the venue! I would highly recommend booking your wedding venue with country lane lodge!

We got married here in August and everything about the day was perfect! Kendra and her staff were so helpful and accommodating throughout our entire planning process, making our wedding day flow seamlessly and without issue. The venue itself is so beautiful and extremely well kept. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every detail of your day is thought through and planned. Country Lane Lodge is a stunning venue and property. Our daughter was recently married there and I can’t imagine that our experience would have been better anywhere else (and we toured many venues). Erin is awesome to work with. She makes the planning process so easy, has lots of current ideas and is honest about what works well and what might not work well. She was available for our questions and meetings when we needed her input. The pricing is also very transparent and straightforward. The price of the venue includes access to all kinds of really nice decor items. We had endless compliments on the venue and the staff from our guests. There are so many cool things about this venue. You just owe it to yourself to check it out

Erin and all of the staff at Country Lane Lodge were fantastic! We could not have imagined a more perfect place for our wedding ceremony and reception. Gorgeous location. Excellent picture spots. The day went so smoothly with the help of all the staff members. We could not have made it through the day without them. Everyone was willing to jump in and help with any detail, from cutting the cakes or setting out late night snacks. Their decor list is also a huge bonus. We did not have to worry about bringing in a bunch of decorations. Most of the ones we used were already there. Erin works with you during every step of the planning process and is a great asset when searching for vendors or forming a timeline for your wedding day. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding venue around central Iowa.

Could not be happier that we chose the CLL for our wedding venue. Kendra and Erin are both AMAZING. We seriously could not have done it without their help and advice the day of and all along the way. Not to mention the property is gorgeous inside and out! Will recommend to everyone i know!

I went to see the Dueling Fiddles on Saturday, March 18 at Country Lane Lodge. It is in a woodsy area tucked away from Hickman road. The interior building is all wood and beautiful. The venue was roomy and comfortable for the performance. Parking was easy as it's right in front of the building. Hope to see other performances there.

Very quaint venue for a wedding. The acoustics were bad and very difficult to carry on a conversation with people at the table. The meal served was very heavy with sauces, mayonnaise and dressing, cheese etc. Appetizer was fruit and cheese and crackers. The only foods not laden in sauces or gravy was the sliced beef and green beans. The cake was way too sweet. If wanting to stay healthy, this food was not acceptable.
