Not very happy with this Agency! Teresa was very rude to us right when we walked in the door! Will never go back to that place! Wasn't last minute he told you more than month ahead that his passport was not going to be in! So you can have all the excuses you want! And that's not a reason to be so rude!

Disappointing… That’s how I would describe our experience with Teresa at Jacobsen Travel. Once our trip was was booked she was MIA. No response to email, voicemail and would never answer the phone. This was our first time using a travel agent and based on this experience our last.
