Would never stay here again. Housekeeping never cleaned my room the whole time I was there. Had to provide my own trash bags and toilet paper. The tiny refrigerator didn't work properly. If I could give a negative rating i would.

Positive: Nothing Negative: This hotel is a complete dump. I wouldn't allow my dog to sleep there. The conditions were deplorable. Filthy rooms bugs in the bathrooms windows shot out and replaced with cardboard. The hotel is attached to a liquor store which doesn't fare well

We booked through a travel site in hopes that this would be a decent stay when we were visiting Knoxville Raceway. We asked to see a room before receiving a key. The room they showed us was unacceptable and there were several cigarette holes in the carpet. We only stayed here because they refused to give us a refund because we booked through a travel site. I would NEVER stay here again. Ever since booking this motel I am extremely careful when booking and read every review. If you are traveling with family or small children this is NOT the place for you. The reviews speak for themselves, 2.9 stars is extremely forgiving for the quality and service provided. I have never felt more unsafe or uncomfortable than I did during my stay here.

Our room had 2 beds. Very comfy by the way. Small fridge which I wasn't expecting yayy!!!!
Price point for me fantastic. They allow pets also bonus.. just down the road from my mother another plus!!!! Have stayed twice in the past and will be booking soon for Nov.

We stayed for one night while visiting our daughter at William Penn. the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was kind and courteous. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to see our daughter!

Due to the reviews, we were a little scared to stay here. This is a very old motel. We met the owner and she was so nice! They are working hard to remodel all of the rooms. Our room was clean and had been partially updated. They have a microwave and a frig. The price was right!!!
