It was okay- Not great but not terrible. Most of the cons appear to be things they try to skimp on to keep cost down which just seems cheap but ultimately would not be deal breakers for going back.

Pro: had a pool, rooms and lobby seemed clean and updated, and the breakfast food was decent. Easy / convenient location. For the price it is a good deal.

cons: the "heated" pool was freezing. we ended up warming up under the shower head for rinsing off that was in the pool room. we had to ask multiple times for them to bring towels to the pool because when they brought them the first time after we asked they only brought 5 and there were over 10 people swimming and the towel area started off empty. The breakfast was good- but they had bare minimum out so we only got 2 people through it before we had to find someone to get more of the warm food. The coffee seemed diluted down as if they added water to normal coffee. The half and half creamer was a month expired and was curdled when i opened a container for my coffee. In our room 302- Our shower curtain was ripped- there was no way not to see it if they actually wash them between guests because the rip started at the curtain hook. The room had an old smoke smell initially and then after running the ac unit it smelled musty. Our room had an empty box of kleenexes and empty complimentary shampoo container.

Positive: "" Negative: The fact my phone didn?t work, the bed had a dip at the end, the dirt on the floor and the room smelled and felt dirty. I also was told at checkin they didn?t have warm water for showers. That didn?t bother me but everything else did.

Considering the price, I was very happy with my overnight stay. Check in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding is good quality. Breakfast hit the spot. The best way I can put it, is, I stay at this BW again. PS pets are allowed with a fee, for all us dog lovers 🐶 ❤️

10-15 minutes from shopping and restaurants. Had an issue with the toilet. The rooms are compact and a little rough around the edges. But it was conveniently right across the street from where I was working. So that worked out.

Positive: The room was clean and just like the pictures. Breakfast was on time and warm always. Negative: The only reason I did not give all 10 was because the tv service and smart tv was not operating completely fine. I could not connect my phone to the tv to watch Netflix. I also couldn?t launch Netflix from their tv.

Clean room. Comfortable king-sized bed. Comes with amenities in the room (which was great because i forgot my shampoo), more amenities available for free at front desk (razor, toothbrush etc) my neighbor in room next to mine forgot her razor and the front desk provided her with a packaged disposable razor for free. Clean and nice inside pool. Free make your own breakfast/coffee station bar with seating area. Laundry services and exercise room on site as well as working vendor and ice machine. My room came with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, large flat screen, desk, free wifi for working from laptop or phones, a sofa, and a decent sized bathroom.
Plus, easy access to highway, 2 miles from local college and multiple restaurants and waterpark nearby.
Handicap rooms available with roll in showers as well as pet friendly and a multi-lingual staff. I booked in advance and my room rate for a friday and saturday king sized suite was 140. For both nights. Thats a great value!

The place wasn't to bad. I REALLY liked the manager! She was very friendly and 100 percent professional. I great help. The only thing was that it was VERY hard to understand the night clerk and we had a problem communicating. Work on the enunciation brother

This location has been recently renovated!

I stayed here once, before the renovation, and it was bad... I had planned to never return. Once I heard it had been remodeled though I figured I would give it another try since my reason for staying is on the north end of town and I usually go to The Warehouse BBQ across the street for dinner anyways.

The overall experience is great. The room I had, had a very large new TV and the furniture was new too. Lighting was good and the room was clean. The bed was nice and the pillows did not go flat after a few seconds. Breakfast was the standard hot breakfast, no complaints there. Given the price was $60 cheaper than Holiday Inn or Hampton and for me the location, I will be staying here going forward when I am in town.
