My husband and I got married at Eastbank in October 2024 and it was perfect 🙂 we chose this venue for the modern, minimalistic, classic vibe with the downtown feel.

Working with courtney and Jen helped with the ease and comfort of the whole process. We also really enjoyed that staple items that were included in the price, such as tables, chairs, tablecloths, and ample decor pieces that we could and did utilize 🙂

The day of ran so smoothly, starting with the bridal suite for us girls to get ready in to our on site ceremony, along with opportunity to use the downtown space for outside photos. We even hopped over to a pickle Palace with the bridal party during cocktail hour, before our entrance. Us and our family and guests had the best time. We could not hear more on how impressed everyone was!

I definitely recommend checking them out for any of your event needs. 🙂

Eastbank was a stunning venue that provided just the right amount of space for our event. The layout was spacious, allowing for ample room for guests to either dance or relax, though the seating area near the bar did limit dancing for some. However, this arrangement was beneficial for those who preferred a more relaxed atmosphere. We were also fortunate to have access to a variety of decorative elements, which added a special touch to the setting.

The venue's communication was excellent; they were always responsive and quick to address any questions we had, typically within a single email exchange. Unfortunately, we did experience an issue with unauthorized guests entering the venue. When I raised the concern with staff, I was informed that a similar issue had occurred the previous weekend, but we were not made aware of this in advance. Had we known, we would have taken precautions, such as hiring additional security. It was particularly frustrating that no immediate solution was offered during the incident, especially considering it occurred on our wedding day. No bride should have to worry about this, and I hope the venue will take this feedback seriously and consider implementing security measures for future events.

Additionally, the staffing levels were inadequate for the number of guests. We had only two bartenders serving over 100 people, which resulted in long wait times for drinks. Despite providing the venue with a guest count well in advance, it seems that staffing shortages went unaddressed. I hope the venue will review their staffing procedures to ensure that future events are better supported.

Overall, while there were some challenges, the venue itself was beautiful, and our guests had a wonderful time. With some adjustments in communication and staffing, I believe Eastbank has the potential to be an even more exceptional choice for weddings in the future

I could not recommend Eastbank more highly. My husband and I had our reception here for our New Year's Eve wedding, and we would choose Eastbank over and over again! The space is stunning and provides a beautiful blank slate to apply your vision to. So many of the venues in the area have more of a rustic or industrial vibe, but Eastbank is chic and modern: exactly what we wanted! The staff was super easy to work with on everything from linens to the bar, they are so willing to help make your event perfect. Highly recommend <3

I was the photographer for a wedding at Eastbank Venue & Lounge last fall and it is a beautiful venue! The staff were excellent to work with and the space itself is perfect. It's versatile and allows for a really seamless reception that works well. It's a convenient location for nice outdoor city photos. I highly recommend!

Adam and the Eastbank staff could not have been any better. They were easy to work with and the space was perfect for our daughter's wedding reception. We had a 260 guests and the space was not too crowded. Bar service was great also. Downtown location is great for out of town guests as it is walking distance to hotel. Thank you for a stress free/no surprises experience at Eastbank!

Incredible venue and excellent staff! I have worked live events with this venue in the past. Halloween was my first wedding in the space. It was so well organized, clean, and absolutely gorgeous! Would love to come back again soon for another event.

Ellie was such a great help as our day of event coordinator, can't imagine how I (mother of the bride)would have gotten everything taken care of with out her! The venue is great, especially with everything being on one level for older guests. Our floral and decor were absolutely stunning! I highly recommend using all the services Eastbank has to offer!
