The staff was very friendly. Got free waters when we asked about bottled water. The pool was nice. We had it to ourselves. Has a gas grill at the poolside as well.

The room was large and had a huge TV. Staff was very responsive. Sadly, there are only 2 small towels and no towels at the poolside. Nice restaurant/bar next door (not related to the hotel). Convince store right across the parking lot. I would stay here again.

This is the best Best Western I have ever stayed at in my life! It is clean well designed. Classy rooms everything works and looks elegant. Big smart TVs. Good AC has a fridge and microwave also Plenty of parking. THE POOL IS CLEAN! The staff from the manager down are all professional friendly and actually have a desire to work in a beautiful work environment. This is a gem in the desert. The rooms are more modern than the holiday inn next door. All the outlets work if you need to plug in your laptop. Shower pressure is good. The toilets flush fast and strong. At holiday inn next door the toilet flap never closed so the toilet was refilling all night long. There was also endless construction there too. I moved across the street to this hotel and I feel like I am living in luxery. It is amazing how a good manager can inspire staff and run a much better hotel. Truly impressive. Top notch facilities and I have travelled all over the world to at least 25 different countries.

I was on business travel, and the king room with a spa is great. Two 65-inch tvs right next to each other. Receptionists were nice. Conveniently located right next to a Circle K and lots of food locations nearby.

Hot breakfast is served 7 days a week from 6a-9a & with a decent variety to choose from it was very satisfying. The rooms are clean and spacious. Cleaning crew is always attentive to house keeping necessities. Not to mention Vanessa (manager) & Charlene (front desk supervisor) were very helpful & friendly.. Two thumbs up

The only problem I came across was that the refrigerator did not work. Other than that it was a great stau.

The staff were all super nice. The facilities were extra clean. Our room was extremely comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and the breakfast the next morning was amazing. I would highly recommend this Best Western to anyone looking for a place to stay.

My employer stages us at this hotel during our 8 hour layover’s prior to embarking upon our evening flights.||The staff at large is amicable, courteous, professional and engaging. The free breakfast has substantial variety and the dining room attendant runs a tight ship. The food is delicious and the dining is impeccably maintained.||Charlene, the front desk agent on duty when we arrive, goes out of her way to ensure that we never miss breakfast. If we’re running behind schedule, we call to inform her of our timeline and she subsequently works with the dining room attendant to set food aside for us.||If you’re looking for a safe, quiet, well managed hotel with a capable staff, look no further. It’s a peaceful place to rest in Nogales, AZ.
