Brenda was not a good driver she drove our show choir to Nashville and drove people off the rode and people and semis were honking at us cause she was swerving all over the road and she hit construction cones and kept driving and that’s what the picture is from she also didn’t slow down on the off ramps and we almost crashed into guard rails and she continued to slam on the brakes and we all had headaches. We will not be using this bus line again. Very unhappy

Booking transportation through this company was seamless from my first call for booking until the return drop-off at my home. Everyone was really kind, helpful and professional. Our driver arrived on time with a clean vehicle. I would like to give special thanks to our driver, Nathan. He was very accommodating and a conscientious driver. Good customer service before event. Day of event, driver picks up guests where he was heard by many passengers and my client cursing at them. They were complaining about the AC in the bus and the bus driver did nothing to address. When you have your client call you at 9pm at night and tell you these things it is a little unsettling. He was also nowhere to be found throughout the night. I then spoke with Kim, owner of company, the next day where she began to agree that his behavior was unprofessional but took no accountability for his actions - even though he is an employee - take partial. No discount on final price, nothing. Once they see this they will make the case, we always strive for great customer service, the driver and management have discussed the incident - blah blah blah. And then they will respond with well he went over by 30 minutes which after speaking with my client is not true. Overall, poor execution and awful post event customer service. I would not recommend this company at all!!
