Was scheduled to stay here with my wife and parents for my cousin’s wedding.

First, my mom got COVID, so my parents had to cancel their room. Was told the deposit was non-refundable. Fine.

Then today my wife’s father died suddenly and we had to cancel our reservation to see to his funeral and arrangements. Was again told our deposit for our room was non-refundable.

They’re perfectly within their rights to hold to their policy, of course. It just shows you that they put policy over people. How incredibly heartless.

Beware before booking. They will take your money under literally ANY circumstance. Probably even if I died instead. You’ve been warned.

The venue grounds are absolutely spectacular and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and professional and helped execute our wedding day flawlessly. The food service was wonderful and our signature drinks were a huge hit. Our guests loved the rooms and the peaceful atmosphere. Overall it was a great experience and the wedding weekend felt like a quaint fairytale in a historic Spanish town.

Just recently had our wedding here but have stayed here a number of times in the past. Every time we visit, the staff is friendly and professional. The grounds/facilities are always clean and well maintained. Food is great as well.

Excellent resort for a weekend getaway. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The ladies at check-in were very nice and helpful. Our room was big yet cozy with plenty of amenities that you would expect from luxury resort. We visited from Keller, TX.

To be clear, the hostess at check-in was extremely nice and helpful. The 1-star rating for service (which should be a zero) is for the gentleman working at the Golf Shop. My wife and I were in there for at least 15 minutes and we were never greeted or acknowledged. He had a rude tone and attitude while checking out a Hispanic family of 3, and an Asian gentleman that was in the store at the same time as us. The store clerk was very nice to white customers though, take that for what it's worth. My guess is he is not too fond of minorities.

Aside from the rude and racist store clerk, our experience here was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here while in Southern Arizona.

Spent three nights. Very nice. Room was good sized and had two sinks, plus outside seats overlooking the grounds. Two nice pools-a 25 yard lap pool and a general pool. Restaurant had good food. Very short pitch and putt was fun. Maybe 3/4 walk to old town Tubac with shops, etc. (State historical park was only open in the morning, so I missed it.)

Smiling faces and very helpful people make this place a great place to visit. I enjoyed my visit, greatly. Such a great area hidden in the desert, large shade trees, ponds, grazing cattle, tree squirrels. Nice walking paths that you would wish never ended. Night time was a treat as it provided great star gazing.

Went to celebrate my sister's 50th Birthday and it was an a great girls weekend trip. Spacious room we got a facial and massage and those were amazing Kassandra and Maria were amazing Kassandra was super knowledgeable!! Can't wait to go back again. Dinner was great! Had window view seating as requested!
