This was our first experience at Elegance and it was nothing short of amazing. My daughter was set on having a red dress for her senior prom. The selection of dresses was amazing but we just weren't finding anything in red that she liked and were slightly overwhelmed. A super sweet sales associate noticed and quickly came to help , she said just pick at least 3-4 dresses to start the process and she helped us find a few. As she went to get us a dressing room another sales associate was cleaning out a room and we noticed the most beautiful purple dress. We were like wow that’s really pretty is someone getting that she said.no she went with a different dress. I said you should try that one too even tho my daughter wasn’t really looking for purple. The sale associate talked highly of it and said it was Ellie Wildes new color this year called purple rain. After 4 other dresses she put that one on last and it was just stunning. So many compliments from the staff and other girls and moms too. Sold!!! If it wasn’t for the staff at elegance she probably would have never tried it and it turns out it was the perfect dress for her senior prom. Definitely a one of a kind the color looked amazing and she was just gorgeous. 100% recommend going to Elegance - great selection and customer service.

I absolutely loved my experience with Elegance. Their team was so wonderful and easy to work with. Their selection of dresses was much broader and more unique than what I found in large cities. They helped me find the perfect dress for my destination wedding in Ireland. I had so many compliments and everyone asked if I had purchased my dress in Ireland because it was so fitting for the scenery. We also found the perfect mother of the bride ensemble and a dress for my state-side reception. Highly recommend working with them to find unique and reasonably priced dresses. I always end up buying jewelry and clothes when I'm in there as well, they just have a great selection of good quality items!

I tried on wedding dresses with Kaitlin and she was awesome! I came in with 3 friends for my appointment and she was super inviting and made the experience super fun which was nice because I usually don't enjoy shopping. I didn't feel rushed at all and she let me try on my favorites a couple times to make sure I found "the one". She also communicated with me very well once my dress arrived and was able to work with my busy schedule for a pick up time. I am very happy with my positive experience here and would recommend this store to my closest friends and family!

Elegance Bridal and prom in okoboji has helped and supported us in finding my daughter her perfect pageant wear formal wear and accessories!!! So helpful and knowledgeable on everything they do!! Makes u feel welcomed. Also I have even found some clothes in there for the pageant mom. I will be renewing my vows next year for our 20 th anniversary and can't to wait to start reaching for the perfect dress!! Thank u to Sarah and all the staff!!

I was dead set on getting a black dress for my senior prom and I was struggling to find a dress. Until the very nice lady who helped us had me try on some dresses that were in a different color. I didn’t know that you could order online! I ended up trying on a green one shoulder dress that came in black and loved it!!! I didn’t think I would like a one shoulder but ended up loving it!!! I got so many complements on it. I also loved how they wouldn’t sell a dress in the same design or color to anybody who else was going to the same prom as me. This was by far my fav dress that I have ever tried! And made my senior prom amazing!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Elegance Bridal during the time I selected my wedding dress and veil. The staff was great and they had a ton of sizes and different dresses to choose from. My dress and veil was everything I could have wanted and was very pleased with the quality and pricing options. However, I would recommend searching for other alteration options before going through Elegance. Although I did require a lot of alterations to my dress including the addition of sleeves (to which I purchased the material through them), I received little to no communication through their seamstress (even down to 2-3 weeks left before my wedding), and she wasn’t even there at the final fitting in case something would have needed fixed. Additionally, I was charged $925 through a simple text, to which I never got a response back from. Her work was excellent, however communication, affordability and friendliness was extemely disappointing from the seamstress.
Overall I would recommend Elegance Bridal and had a good experience!

Shannon was AMAZING to work with throughout the whole process. From finding my literal DREAM dress to spot cleaning it after a Colorado farm animal-filled bridal portrait session she was so kind and helpful! I’d recommend Elegance Bridal & Prom Boutique to anyone!
